Totally get that it’s not their fault that you’re only seeing fences, so the 1 star is not because of that.
The app is difficult to use, navigation doesn’t work properly, if you want to go to a specific house you still need to use google maps or others to get there. Terrible functionality and usability. Do not recommend both the app and the tour unless you want to drive around looking at hedges and landscaping of the outside of a house you cannot see.
We only did this because it was a rainy day and even then it was a waste of ten bucks and a few hours
