I went ahead and purchased the lifetime subscription as I figured I would probably use this each year. Shortly after I thought I completed the purchase I was prompted to again purchase a lifetime subscription but this time at a discount. I checked my account and no purchase had gone through so I thought maybe it failed so I purchased again. The next day I see receipts for both purchases! Why was I prompted again and why did it let it go through if I had already upgraded!

I am a video editor and I downloaded Top9InstagramPostsof2023 to see my top 9 posts from 2021. When I downloaded it, there was only one template I could use without having to pay (it had no title or anything, just 9 boxes of photos), so I clicked it. Then I realized that it only allows photos instead of videos, and when I tried changing it I realized I would have to switch to pro. This was a letdown for me because I’ve always wanted to do this trend and I came back disappointed.

Blurry images, cut off stats at bottom, no watermark at least (pro)
I like that I don’t have to log into Instagram to use it, I can simply give them the handle for my public account and it pulls up the photos easily
Update: customer service lady Veronica was very nice and kindly recreated the images for me :)

It made me go through all these hoops to log into my private account and then it said that because my Instagram is private (even though I gave it permission to access my photos) it wasn’t able to rate the “popularity of private account photos.” Isn’t it all just numbers? There’s also only one template option for non-premium users.
Simply not a functional app.

The 9 images Top9InstagramPostsof2023 chose were NOT my most popular posts . No way to correct their mistake . Also charged more than noted. Tried contacting for help but did not get a reply back.

When I run Top9InstagramPostsof2023 it doesn’t select any posts at all. I have to select each post manually which defeats the purpose of using a top 9 app
