Charged Twice for Lifetime Subscription!

I went ahead and purchased the lifetime subscription as I figured I would probably use this each year. Shortly after I thought I completed the purchase I was prompted to again purchase a lifetime subscription but this time at a discount. I checked my account and no purchase had gone through so I thought maybe it failed so I purchased again. The next day I see receipts for both purchases! Why was I prompted again and why did it let it go through if I had already upgraded!

I am a video editor and I downloaded this app to see my top 9 posts from 2021. When I downloaded it, there was only one template I could use without having to pay (it had no title or anything, just 9 boxes of photos), so I clicked it. Then I realized that it only allows photos instead of videos, and when I tried changing it I realized I would have to switch to pro. This was a letdown for me because I’ve always wanted to do this trend and I came back disappointed.

It made me go through all these hoops to log into my private account and then it said that because my Instagram is private (even though I gave it permission to access my photos) it wasn’t able to rate the “popularity of private account photos.” Isn’t it all just numbers? There’s also only one template option for non-premium users.
