When I log onto the app, the homepage only shows past events. There are no current events to select or search for, and I'm just trying to find information on the North American Irish Dance Championships. (NAIDC)

How to fix QuickFeis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuickFeis app on iPhone
Update QuickFeis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuickFeis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QuickFeis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuickFeis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QuickFeis Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QuickFeis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QuickFeis App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuickFeis » click [Force Stop]

Update QuickFeis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickFeis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuickFeis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuickFeis.

Fix QuickFeis unable to contact server/ QuickFeis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuickFeis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuickFeis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickFeis
