1 year agoYes I'm having a major problem. I am trying for a customer service phone number to speak to a representative. They wanted to charge me $5 to talk to somebody. I'm needing to return an item that is too small please send me an email that states your guys's phone number that I can talk to a live person. This is the first time I've ordered from you guys and I am not happy at all charging your customers $5 to talk to somebody my phone number is 620-687-9605 send me a phone number or call me or you're going to lose a customer

Tracking Information
I’m usually not the type to leave a review, good or bad but this I had to do. I haven’t received an email about the confirmation of my order and I also called the customer service number and it says that this number is not in service. For future reference just don’t order from this sight if you’re a skeptical and inpatient person. I feel like I’ve been scammed but I’m going to keep my hopes up and hopefully I’ll get my items that I ordered. I’ve tried every possible way to reach this company but I’ve failed multiple times, so if I receive my items or not I will not be ordering from this website again. Hopefully I get a refund if my items don’t show up.

Hey I’m having issues with the refund and I’ve already started but nothing goes. When I did my purchase they didn’t sent me a email or something confirming what I bought and then charged me but they didn’t give a date so I tried cancel and now my order is still in process and my refund to and neither of those are getting anywhere please fix this issue or I will have to complaint in another way to get my money back

Best way to online shop
"I love OEYES I rarely shop anywhere else. They are always up to date with the latest trends and style as well as a variety of clothes. This is by far one of the best clothing companies anyone could shop at. Customer service is amazing with a speedy response team and they have always worked and did their best to resolve any issues I’ve had which, honestly with OEYES it’s rare if you run into any issues. My only suggestion is that you buy clothes as quickly as possible because they will get sold out quickly! I love OEYES keep up the great work.
