Phone connects to the camera but when you try to pull it up in LongshotHD it just won’t bring up the picture. Wait on it for 5 minutes or more and eventually you get an error 1001. On my iPad it will connect and always makes the entire iPad lock up for 5-10 minutes, then finally when the iPad unfreezes, the system will work. As long as you don’t need to switch to another app, if you do you have to start all over with the freeze and waiting when you go back to LongshotHD . I really really want to like this product, but at this time it is unusable and I probably will be trying to get a refund.
Can't connect after IOS update and app doesn't even show up in settings after multiple restarts and installs. I'd stay away from their products because they are extremely unreliable.
