De app deed het prima, tot dat ik deze melding kreeg. Failed to connect to the database. It looks like we're unable to connect to the database. Al een paar keer verwijderd, en opnieuw ingesteld. Maar blijft de melding weer geven. Gr Dirkjan

How to fix moloko app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the moloko app on iPhone
Update moloko app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall moloko iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix moloko on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve moloko network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

moloko Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix moloko not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the moloko App
1. On android, goto Settings » moloko » click [Force Stop]

Update moloko to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear moloko App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » moloko » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart moloko.

Fix moloko unable to contact server/ moloko internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click moloko » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto moloko » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
