I ordered food using this app and they charged my card without delivering my food. I have contacted them several times to correct this but they have not refunded me my money. They stated that they have delivered the food but they did not and have no receipt or proof of delivery. I have attachments and screenshots of the order number and everything. I am writing this complaint in hopes that this behavior is corrected. They seem to be an illegitimate app and are scammers.

I've ordered using the app. Then after an hour they send me a message about canceling my order and they didn't give me my money back it's been more than a week from today !!!!
