I don’t know if my last post got deleted but if I can save someone the headache of having to deal with this customer service I will keep writing and updating my review. I accumulated $144 into Long Game and when I went to withdraw the money for my Black Friday shopping, I never got my money back. Thinking it was a simple issue I emailed customer service and never got a response besides a generic one. Here I am, 3 weeks later and finally someone reaches out to me (calls me the wrong name in email) and said I had insufficient funds in my account and that’s why the withdrawal didn’t go through...incorrect. I have receipts from my bank stating how much I put into LongGame . So how do I have deposits slips yet I can’t withdraw my money...I’m beyond frustrated with LongGame and have chalked it up to a loss but I will not stop reviewing if I can save someone else. If you’re on the fence about LongGame, do not do it. There is no customer service phone number or anything besides an email address that they take their sweet time answering. You may as well throw your money in the street.

Edit: It’s been a good 2 months now and still haven’t gotten my money back and zero response from customer service. Smh. Please don’t put your money into LongGame. They generically respond to our complaints on these reviews and then don’t respond in email. SCAM. I feel so dumb that they got me for $144

Downloaded and used LongGame for maybe 6 weeks. I decided it wasn’t for me based on the length of time it took for deposits to clear. I felt like my money was tied up for too long and that made me uncomfortable. I closed my account more than 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for my money to clear back into my account. I have created 2 support tickets, which receive an automatic response that someone will get back with me shortly. I have, to date, had no response to my inquiries. I have attempted in excess of 10 times to use the chat option to speak with an agent and every single time I get the message that no one is available and to leave a message. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and would really like my money, or at least an idea of when I can expect it. If you use LongGame, use it with caution and the understanding that your money will be tied up for an unacceptable amount of time.

Update: I was FINALLY contacted via an email response on 12/12- ironically the day that I posted this negative review. I was informed that they would be sending me a check for the money owed to me from my account. It is 12/27 and I am still waiting for that check. This company steals money and I can’t believe they are still being allowed to defraud people. I will update when and if I ever receive my money back.

The games are ok at best, but the customer support is terrible. I had a friend sign and they made a deposit. I asked multiple times where the $5 was that was supposed to be deposited into my account and I was told that they had no met the terms and conditions for the friend bonus. I asked what you was left for them to complete and they sent me a copy of the terms and conditions again. I informed them that I had already read them, but was unsure as to what they had yet to complete. I was told that they had yet to make a deposit. My friend had made the deposit when they signed up a week prior, and it had already shown on their checking account as having been withdrawn for two days. Customer service replied that they had not done as much, and said that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have seen the my friends bank account and the transaction but customer service refuses to award the bonus. Also, when low on credits, there is a thing at the bottom of my screen that says share and receive 1000 coins. I have shared the game on Facebook twice, yet no reward. Customer service told me that the message is an error and thanked me for noticing. The game is a scam for them to make money on the interest from your deposits. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST LongGame, AND THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING!

To begin I’ve dumped a nice chunk of change into LongGame. There was a point in time that I changed banks, so I went to update my banking info! I tried and nothing would load, said I’d try again later or tomorrow. I continued to try and update this information but the screen would not pass the screen with my name! I made COUNTLESS support tickets, and “chatted” with agents multiple times!!
customer service is and continues to be terrible and full of complete crap. (Keep in mind) I have reached out multiple times over the last month and a half, the last chat agent PROMISED me that the issue would be resolved within a couple hours, lie. And then I couldnt get in contact with anyone for another week and a half. I received an email from JOHN and JOHN says that they don’t support my bank! I would totally understand that if they even let me put my bank info in! But they don’t. This is sketchy, I was robbed of my money by this company. I have photos and proof of everything and I am seeking legal action. So please anyone else, DO NOT USE LongGame!!!

I have been using LongGame for over a year and up until recently really enjoyed it. The new update has ruined it for me. I used to be able to play every day or two for a while because you would win coins to keep playing, occasionally winning a small cash prize. Now I have to wait a week or so to save up to play maybe 2-3 times. Granted I might win a few pennies, but then my coins are gone and I can’t play any longer. I would gladly give up the 10 cents I’ve won to be able to play for more than 30 seconds. I thought the whole point was to be able to have fun “gambling” while not actually losing any money? If you can’t play the games then it’s just like any other savings account except it’s got a really crummy interest rate. Really disappointed, if nothing changes soon I will probably close my account. No sense leaving my money here if I’m not getting anything from it.

Edit: just removed all my money. Very sad that this is gone as the original app was fantastic. :(

I downloaded LongGame a few months ago and it was everything I was looking for in a savings account in the fact that it made saving fun! However they recently updated the program to offer you a spend account and it has quickly turned into a nightmare.

First I uploaded my drivers license and they said it was not legible. Then I e mailed and they said thanks it will be validate it in no time (their exact words). Fast forward 24 hours they say oops sorry the address does not match your long game address please upload a light bill. They also said it does not match my long game name. What?! It clearly does. I am finally to the point where I just want back my $200!! So if you can't verify me then close me out and refund my money. 24 hrs later again they are saying upload a statement within the last 60 days. I never even uploaded my utility statement.

Ok I'm fed up! Either verify me or shut me down and return my money. Of course you can only reach them by e mail which takes 24 hours each time. If they don't do one thing or the next I am going to have to file a report with someone because I am locked away from my hard earned cash. I can't even access LongGame . Get on this Long Game. It's not a good look on you!

I am not one to usually write reviews on apps but after the recent change I felt I needed to write one. The original setup with how you earned coins was not bad. I could play multiple games or have multiple drawings for the weekly lottery. After they made the change I earn more coins but the games also cost more. So, in the end I am able to play less. I also am now having a hard time finding the games and not every game is even showing up. While LongGame is a great way to save money, I feel like after the changes it has started to turn me off from wanting to use it and go play the games. Personally if I am not going to be playing the games inside LongGame then it might be time to find a different app to use to save money regularly. I hope that the developers will push out some changes that will make me more willing to stay but based on past experience with other apps I will have moved on by the time they make the changes.

At first, I thought LongGame was cool. I liked the appeal of saving, the games, and the potential of getting crypto, but ever since I wanted to withdraw my funds for Christmas shopping (like 2/3 weeks ago) I’ve been struggling to do just that. I can only withdraw pennies if that and customer service has been less than helpful answering my problem. I finally got one to tell me they were “working” on the withdrawing issue. That was a week ago and I still can’t get my money out.

So, of course, I do not recommend LongGame. This whole ordeal has convinced me Long Game isn’t trustworthy.

ETA: as of today, after the team leader of customer service intervened, she was able to get my withdrawal issued figured out (will know for sure in a few days when the money returns to my bank). She handled it very professionally and politely - and believe me I was ready to snap at any wrong move. I’m still reluctant to use Long Game at this time so I still can’t fully recommend it. All I can say is I hope it improves, because the concept really isn’t bad. Customer service was my deterrent.

I really like this game. I’ve been trying to make some of my friends play it too. I love the mini games and how they’ve set up the in game currency. I’m just hesitant on how long it takes to process everything. I have transactions from me transferring funds in from Sept 28 still pending and it’s Oct 4. I’m glad when I put in the money, I still had my own buffer of stuff in another savings account because if I did need money, I wouldn’t actually be able to transfer any of the stuff out for a good while. I’ve even finished filling up a jar and can’t even transfer that out to pay for the thing I was saving for as only 5% of the jars funds isn’t in pending status. Other than that small worry, I love the concept of the jars. Like I said I’ve already filled one up and gotten lots brains and all of the coins to keep playing the mini games. The gamification really helps motivate me to keep playing and putting money in. Without it feeling like gambling because I know my money isn’t going anywhere. I can only earn more money, they’re not taking any of it away. I plan on using this for a good while. I’m thinking of changing my goals a little to work around the pending thing. Instead of short term goals, I’d suggest longer termed goals.

I like LongGame because it’s a fun way to save money and win money with a variety of fun games they offer. But the only thing I don’t like about LongGame is that when I want to withdrawal money to my checking account it takes 3-5 days for me to receive it! I believe I should receive it right away since it is my money because there are some days I need the money ASAP to pay for things when I am short on money. I would love LongGame and give it 5 stars if I could just access my money quick, but whatever I still think it’s a great app.

It’s a great app honestly. I forget about what I’m saving and the missions make me excited to continue putting money away! Honestly it’s the greatest app ever. Let’s not forget to mention the amazing mini games they have where you earn even more money ! I try to save as much as I can away because I feel it’s always better to have money stashed away then have none at all. LongGame makes it possible! The only thing I don’t like about LongGame is the 1% interest rate... that’s barely anything , a 5-10% interest would be so much better , but I’m not complaining since it’s a simplified and fun and also addicting way to save money .. oh and the name of LongGame has to go.. long game savings is not really eye catching.. why not stash cash, or something like that? Just thought I’d mention that.. not a fan ha otherwise app and everything is great thank you for everything !! Keep adding on missions and better rewards for completing them for everyone :) look forward to future updates

I’ve used LongGame for well over a year now. In that time I’ve earned a good amount of money. The deposit and withdrawl process time of 3-5 business days is standard across any platform that transfers money. Even the easy app games that let you transfer small winnings to PayPal take that long. Their customer support is actually pretty on it. I’ve sent a couple emails over the last year with questions and they answer within 24 hours. They even sent me a statement I needed ASAP showing my deposits, withdrawals, and winnings. The games are simple, which is great. It’s supposed to let you play something quickly. No, you aren’t going to win money every time you play. But you will win some each month. There were times where the games were clunky because they had bugs that are now fixed. All apps have bugs that get fixed, you just have to wait for the next update. LongGame really is a great motivator to save.

I’ve been using LongGame for almost 7 months now. I have it so it automatically takes out a set amount from account during my pay weeks. I was able to save up to buy a new PC this way. Yes, it takes a while for your money to post within LongGame but there is no shady mechanics about LongGame. Once your money is done pending within LongGame , it’s fully transferred. And you can also take your money out at anytime but like every app that’s handles cash, it’ll take a few days to withdrawal to your bank. The more money you save the more coins it rewards you. The more coins means you can win money in the games within LongGame . I’ve won $20 so far and my friend who referred me won $35. The only question you should be asking is why haven’t you downloaded LongGame already.

I just love LongGame. It’s free, easy to use, I earn game tokens and free money (cash) and crypto currency by making deposits and playing their fun slot, spin, scratcher games and weekly lottery numbers. Nothing to complain about here. The best part is I forget about this money I am saving here. Haven’t touched it and I have saved over $700 in 6 months since I got LongGame . Unlike My savings account tied to my big bank checking account, which I use up all the time. Out of sight out of mind is great for me. I get paid weekly so I deposit same amount from each check every week and I don’t even feel it financially and like I said I forget about it. Like LongGame opening slogan “get on the right financial path” you deserve LongGame if you really want to start saving money today.

Was very skeptical at first regarding LongGame because it demanded that I immediately started to save and transfer funds to get started. But funny this is once you start playing the games and attempting to complete each mission you get lost in the fun of it all. The only downside to LongGame would be that it requires you to mimic that very acts of those who gamble by requiring you to do scratch offs, weekly drawings which mimics playing the lotto, and slots. I just wish there were other games that didn’t associate with gambling. SMH 😩 just when you think you found a pure interesting way to save it always prove itself to good to be true. But I would admit the missions inspire you to want to save but some of the games reminds me of the lifestyle of a gambler.
