Acting like it’s free but then can’t do anything once you have it unless you pay an expensive membership fee. I could see paying per ring tone, but who would want to pay $10 a month for ringtones? That’s more than Netflix. Just a scam to rope people into regular payments that they forget about.

So when I try to upload a ringtone it doesn’t do anything. Good interface but I downloaded RingtonesPlus for the sole reason of making my own ringtones and I can’t even do that.
