I received an invite code today thru Lorain County Department of Health. It said I had to register with you first. But your site is not allowing me to enter my birth year! Defaults to 2021and no way to change it! I am 79 years old and have been waiting. Your registration process us screwing this up for me! PLEASE HELP!!

1. For Medicare recipients, type in N/A on the insurance line. Got that from an ArmorVax tech rep. More insurance info will be collected at the point of vaccination.
2. My question: Two of us share the same email address. I can't register him due to error message "Email address already registered". I don't see an option for adding family members. What now?

I am trying to sign up for the ArmorVax app. I am retired and have Medicare as my primary insurance. Your insurance format does not allow Medicare insurance input. Please advise.

The app won't register me without an address for medicare claims. The card has no address.

I am having trouble with the available locations listed in the Cincinnati, OH area. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same message " No Provider found with this address."
