I login into the app but i have a few seconds until it logs me out. It logs me out of the instagram app too at the same time.

Login for @Reefbishop. is it possible to get my subscription extended due to inconvenience? This is the second time in a week I haven't been able to access this purchased app due to the inability to login. Please get back to me.

How to fix Yupi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yupi app on iPhone
Update Yupi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yupi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yupi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yupi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yupi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yupi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yupi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yupi » click [Force Stop]

Update Yupi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yupi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yupi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yupi.

Fix Yupi unable to contact server/ Yupi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yupi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yupi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yupi
