Was good, but now fails

I was using yidget with no problem for around two years (in zoomed mode). But I upgraded to iPhone 14 (from a 7) and now, now matter what I try, the widgets don’t align with the background. This is additionally disappointing since I just upgraded to the pro version because I thought it was a good app and wanted to support the developer. But there is something wrong with this. The developer has not responded to my request for help.
Additionally, the work flow had changed, and just figuring out how to change the widgets for a new wallpaper was incredibly unclear and difficult. I don’t remember it being this difficult when I first set it up a while ago.
Stay away from paying for this app unless you know it works for you and your phone.
Great app, but has some bugs

The transparent widgets are incredible and have helped me set up my home screen in a very cool and unique way. However, randomly the transparent widgets on my home screen will turn black then flash back to transparency then flash black then back to transparency over and over again and the only way to fix it is to lock my phone and wait a few minutes. Not sure how to fix this.

They removed the ability to have an empty character so no text would be seen, now a “–“ character pops up when it’s empty. Keeps it minimal still, due to it blending with the background image, but the “–“ character throws it off a bit. Unnecessary.
