I have been using the this app app for a few months and honestly thank you all so much. I’ve never felt compelled to write to an org about their product, but I can’t not tell you how much better my life is from using this app. Thank you, literally everyone on your team. Customer service reps, office managers, engineers, astrologers, the jobs I don’t know about and are thankless— thank you for your care and work. A feature request: Really more of a feature encouragement. More ritual ideas please! Really more application ideas in general. I live in the workshop section and am creating a spiritual and magical practice for myself. I really value the insight and judgement of this team and want to learn as much as I can. So, keep the ritual ideas coming! I also love in the podcasts when this app mentions other resources to read and/or research. Who are the authors, practitioners, and people I should know about? Again, I’m on CHANI to learn, and this is something I would love to see. Lastly, I am very intentionally not on social media and will not be. But I still want to keep up with you and see/interact with that content. Is there any way to add a blog section to CHANI where premium members can view it/save, make private comments (like journaling or notes)? Last lastly, can we have a Dark Mode? Late night rituals + bright white app = ow.

Updated review.... every thing was fixed and the creators of CHANI were super responsive and helpful in taking care of the issue! The reading, guided meditations, journal prompts and altar suggestions are very helpful!!!

I was totally loving CHANI. The workshop portion was very helpful and the guided meditations were wonderful. I wish it would allow me access to my sun sign information as well as I my rising sign and now for the past 4 days I have not been able to get into CHANI at all! I have gone through all the trouble shooting on the website, my iOS is up to date CHANI was updated 4 days ago and now when I try to login in it just says user not found and stays stuck in the screen with the this app redrawing itself. If I leave CHANI and try and go back I just get a totally black screen with nothing. Very frustrating when you’re paying for a subscription and have no access to it. I have emailed their support and only received an automated reply asking for my email, birth information and a screen shot of the problem with no reply yet. Very frustrating!!!!

I first came to CHANI because I had already read this app’s book coupled with her website for my natal chart. That unto itself was transformative & I feel indebted to this app, so to have CHANI! (I really love CHANI!) my learning & journey doesn’t stop with the book: CHANI is a continuation of my learning from the book & it gives me so much helpful information & resources that are specific to me & my life.

I know there’s much ongoing work on CHANI & I'm looking forward to when the locked portions (Chiron for me) are unlocked. In the meantime, if I could make one immediate fix, it would be to be able to refresh the home page by pulling down on it. Sometimes clicking around on other tabs in CHANI will refresh the home page; mostly, I need to shutdown my phone & start it up again. Overall, thank you so much for this amazing resource! this app’s work has really refined my life in ways that feel transformative 🕊🙏🏼💕

I had tried a few other astrology apps and after a while I was bored with them and didn’t really check into what was going on in the astros. Then the this app app launched and finally I have an easy clean legit premium app that gives me fresh content, real time alerts on what’s going on, readings, journal prompts, and tips on how to life a life more in touch with the unseen forces we are all navigating. CHANI is new so it just keeps getting better with more content and updates to make it run smoother. With this app, patience is rewarded and not just asked for by developers that have no intention of improvements. The deliver and constantly improve. I also read the job description posting for when the company was hiring and I love that my subscription helps fund a company culture as delicious and humanized as what this app has built. Thankful y’all are giving access to attract talent that would have otherwise been blocked because of flawed oppressive policies.

There hasn’t been a single app I have ever left a review for, and this is my first one for a reason. I downloaded it in October of 2021, and since then have used it as my trustworthy guide on the journey of self-knowledge, self-compassion, and as “You Were Born For This” gently shows us, radical self-acceptance. My relationship with time feels richer. What used to be the Sunday blues has transformed into the exact opposite, as I eagerly await the holistic weekly reading for the week, along with journaling prompts and rituals that cast aside rigidity and offer malleability to my schedule while still providing me with comfort and support. I know that for every mood I am in, I can count on this app’s soothing voice and the variety of meditations available to hold my hand through it. I frequently look at my chart, the descriptions of my natal planetary placements, and any current transits to gain a better understanding of what I am going through at any moment, and to remind myself that my past experiences happened for a reason. CHANI has not just provided me with an extensive and rich self-care kit; it has also helped me find more magic in my experience of my life. i NEVER write reviews but i felt the need to about this wonderful, wonderful app. the this app app provides so much detail about your own personal chart (i.e. a detailed description of what each planet in your chart means based on the sign and house it’s in, and what positive and challenging aspects it makes to other planets) as well as dives in deep to what each week has in store based on the current planets in the sky. if you decide to subscribe to CHANI (which i HIGHLY recommend) it gives you access to your own personal weekly reading based on your rising sign, as well as a whole catalogue of guided meditations to listen to AND a new guided meditation each week, altar rituals, journal prompts. i feel like i’ve become way more knowledgeable about astrology in the past five months since i’ve had CHANI , and i’ve become more prepared for blessings and challenges i might face because i’m able to know about them before they happen!! CHANI is seriously incredible and i’m so thankful for this app Nicholas and her team for creating it

I never knew astrology could be this enchanting 😊. I so appreciate having found CHANI! I love the feeling of connection with this app which also has you feeling connected to the universe. It is the way she delivers her messages making you feel special and appreciated as part of the whole. They are heartfelt and filled with her genuine love for humanity and hope for a better future which is actually happening right now. Thank you this app for your ability to make astrology fun and so much easier to comprehend as well as useful. I really do feel more empowered especially after purchasing your book because I am learning to be kinder to myself understanding better about my chart. One of the many insights I learned was that my difficulties with self discipline and parenting myself are in part due to how certain planets were aligned at the moment of my birth which made perfect sense and just knowing that helps me give myself a break. Everyone should have CHANI for the sole reason that if you ever feel lonely or need to feel immediately supported, this is a place to find it.

I love the this app app, especially all of the interpretations and thoughtfulness. There are so many incredible features to use for healing in CHANI. I genuinely use CHANI every day to help me tap in with myself, my surroundings, our planets, etc. My only drawback is that I wish the price point was a bit more accessible to folks! I know this app and her team are putting in so much work — CHANI , the book, the newsletters, the playlists, the podcasts, the meditations — but I wonder if Team this app would consider a patreon or something to allow some supporters to subsidize prices for others. I can definitely understand why Team this app doesn’t want to clutter CHANI or the newsletters with ads — it seems like she really wants to create a space away from the noise of profit-seeking commercials that many folks are forced to encounter all throughout the day. I think this is a great starting point that can really blossom, especially with a pay model that can allow for CHANI to be price accessible! Thank you for such a great response. Really appreciate all who are a part of team this app ❤️

I love CHANI SO much. this app's interpretations are thoughtful, empowering and uplifting. Not to mention CHANI is beautifully done - this is coming from a person who has a Moon/Venus conjunction in Taurus in the 10th house. I have a deep appreciation for things that are not only beautiful but are also functional, CHANI does both. I would like to make a request for an "add to calendar" feature in CHANI that allows users to add a major planetary event to our calendars, ideally with the exact time that it occurs based on our current timezone. For example -- a button that allows me to add the upcoming full moon in Leo to my calendar, or add when Mercury goes retrograde on the 30th. Obviously this would require the user to allow CHANI access to the calendar and should be optional. Going a step further it would be even nicer if we could add specific personal transits to our calendar -- I have a Venus sextile Saturn aspect happening Jan 25 through 27, with an exact date on the 26th, it would be great if I could add that to my personal calendar and have access to the information outside of CHANI .

I downloaded CHANI after seeing it on Reddit. I have been interested in Astrology and have been learning about it as much as I can. I’ve downloaded several apps, all of which, I did not love. They were alright. They used such complex wording with everything, I had to google half the words used(trust me, I’m not stupid either)they were hard to learn from. I spent more time outside those apps trying to define the apps wording. CHANI is different. I signed up for the 3 day free trial thinking I would just binge as much as I can in the 3 days and then delete it like the rest, but then I saw the meditations, and journals, the mini podcast episodes, the clearly explained parts of my chart without me having to whip out the dictionary, the altar suggestions, the personal readings... I’m hooked and extremely appreciative I have stumbled on CHANI.. I found it just in time for Mercury in Gemini... thanks for peaking my curiosity and stimulating my mind with CHANI. I really appreciate this find 💛✨

I can’t love this enough. I want to write a thoughtful, cohesive review but this will just be me rambling about how great it is. I have learned things about my personal astrology and basic astrology that I never knew I wanted to. I’m in awe how well these energetic movements translate and are presented here. I love this app’s kind, caring, and loving talks. If there was something “wrong” with it, I’m not sure if I’m committing the error or if the ap could use a tweak— but I have trouble listening to the weekly readings and having it play while exploring the ap, for example if she says something about looking at what house a particular planet is in, it would be nice to continue listening while also moving to the part of the ap where I can look at my chart. Having some more educational features would be nice, maybe a key of the cosmic bodies as they are presented in the chart, maybe guided tutorials? I think this ap is priceless. I would be happy to pay fir upgraded features. Thank you for sharing your passion with me. I’ve learned so much about myself and this has been an snacking tool on my healing and creative journey. I’ve been purchasing this app’s readings (for new moons, the new year and how to better understand your chart) for a few years at this point. They’ve guided me into the light that still existed during the hardest years of my life. These readings have served as both mentor and friend through the pandemic and the death of my mother. CHANI offers the most consistent, in-depth and personalized astrology readings as well as anything and everything that could support and connect to your astrology. A weekly reading, a yearly overview, guided meditations, alter suggestions everything you could need to not only understand the astrology around you but to use it. Most importantly it’s this app’s approach that keeps me coming back. Her interpretation of astrology is that of someone who understands that even when the universe challenges you, it still wants to be your friend. A part of the world is always willing to offer you something, and this app finds the ways that we can work with it and within ourselves to use what we are given. I especially love the transits page that gives such a personalized approach to what is happening in real time in the cosmos, and therefore right here on our little blue planet. I love the new addition of beautifully composed affirmations that are a beautiful way to begin or end any of the mindful meditations provided on the meditations page, or to use when needing a mental boost of confidence and connection. The weekly readings are so informative and helpful, and they provide a well put together map of the weeks potential unfoldings that allow us to step more boldly into the unknown and capture all of the tidbits of magic and abundance that is available for our consciousness to imbibe. I just subscribed to this app and am impressed so far, a very extensive app. I love the meditations (a nice surprise and likely a key reason I would keep the premium service) and currently had been using Calm and Insight Timer. The horoscope, charts, workshops and transit information is all impressive and detailed as well. Additionally, I like the journal exercise as well (Stoic is something I also use). I like the positivity overall of this app and CHANI , the more encouragement the better in my book!

Suggestions: 1) Ipad version please! For those of us that want to journal it is impossible to do so in a quality way on your phone. Most great apps work on an ipad. 2) More journal options/questions and encouragement. 3) Agree with another review who mentioned being able to see other signs (such as of your partner) and information about who they are and are experiencing. 4) Your reading of my sign/week in audio was cool, but a little above my knowledge base of astrology. Maybe a section to understand what all these things mean or why important could be helpful. Less critical, but an idea. 5) Maybe a list of the Top 3 things that are positive or negative for you that week.

I cannot tell you how much CHANI has meant to me. Every week the personalized readings bring me to tears of truth: either exactly what is happening or exactly what I need to move forward. She has accurately “predicted” my needing to accept sobriety and has continually helped me get back on track when I’m struggling. Like a friend who always has the best advice in every situation, providing exactly the support you need in every situation without pressure or judgment. You can simply listen to the reading and podcast if you don’t feel ready to make a move but if you want to work on challenges there is journaling and meditations among other things.
I am a medium and my gifts have become greatly honed through your rituals, practices, and awareness.
I cannot believe it has taken me so long to write the review besides I hate tuning into tech for too long. You got me through lockdown while giving me guidance through my transition with my family of 4 from Vermont to Cali- knowing no one here, dealing with addiction and depression, parenting and teaching, school and masks, fear and propaganda. I can’t express how much your voice has helped me through it all.

I have slowly become more & more curious about astrology throughout the past 5 years or so & have learned more & more by listening to the forecasts & fiddling through CHANI . Mainly I love this app’s “you were born for this” message. I love the positivity as we’re pointed out pitfalls, problems & issues—because life has those. Being a newcomer to astrology I am often confused about the astrological language & I am challenged by what it all means, when this app says, for instance, “it’s a real Pisces moment” and enjoy slowly but surely figuring it out. It’s also just fun & I look forward to weekly updates. But like learning any new language, you think you can speak or understand & then comes the next challenge, where I am totally confused. I also super appreciate the various meditations. Something I also sometimes do is re-listen to the weekly forecast later in the week, because sometimes things (or astrological events) make more sense to me looking back at them after they’ve taken place. My request is whether the weekly readings can stay up for another week. I’d love on a Sunday to look back at the past week right before I look at the upcoming week as well & to have a longer time window to do that.

this app’s app has truly changed my life and continues to do so on a weekly basis. The content provided is the BEST astrology readings you’ll ever find. It’s updated on a weekly basis so you’re getting a new/in depth reading for your sign every single week. You don’t have to know anything about astrology to understand and benefit from every aspect of CHANI . I knew nothing when I started a few months ago yet I’ve had no problems understanding. CHANI is is extremely user friendly! It also includes the most incredible meditations by this app herself. Each week is new and there’s tons of existing meditations to choose from. I was hesitant to delete my subscription with the calm app at first bc I rely on guided meditations but I canceled 3 months ago and have never looked back. CHANI also contains amazing journal prompts and rituals (that are also changed each week) based on current astrology. I’ve learned more about myself, the world, and what I need to do to be happy- than I’ve learned from years of in person astrology readings! Lastly, I believe this app has worked very hard to make the content affordable + accessible and it really is. I’m disabled and on fixed income so I can never afford these things. But this app really cares about her community. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I love this app and her book is the most accessible I have ever read on astrology, so I thought I would try the paid version of CHANI and cancel if I didn’t use it enough. LOL, yeah, that’ll never happen. I can’t live my life without it. It is like a whole astrology class!! I have learned SO much! There is a weekly mini podcast and a weekly personal reading for your rising sign and how the major transits are affecting you—both recorded by this app. A library of meditations. Altar suggestions for working with each major transit. Weekly guided meditation focused on each week’s most significant astrological activity (so lots of Full Moon/New Moon meditation). Full personal chart analysis of every planet and house, gifts and challenges of how they’re positioned in your chart. AND maybe my favorite thing—you can go in and edit and save the birth info all you want, over and over, so that you can pull a detailed chart analysis and recorded horoscopes for anyone you want. Life changing, seriously. The premium version of CHANI is worth a ton more than the monthly cost in my opinion. An absolute lifeline. AND the team NEVER stops adding EVEN MORE. There are constantly new and exciting features, refining and adding detail to personal insights and weekly overviews. Thank you, this app APP team, you all ROCK!!!

The this app Nicholas team has created something magical and powerful! It not only allows a platform to learn more about the energies of current events to be aware of in the week ahead, but also your personalized reading, transits, natal chart, workshops, journal prompts & meditations. I literally use CHANI daily! I love the Affirmations & Meditations, and look forward to Sundays to listen to The Week Ahead. What I appreciate the most is the greater INTENTION behind its development. It’s created to allow access to our higher purpose & awareness of our own transformational work. This is how we change the World, one Awakened Soul at a time! (this app Astrology was such a key in brining my book to the world, THE SEED: A Poetic Journey.)

I’ve been following this app’s powerful work as an astrologist for many years. I feel like she gets me deeply just by reading the stars and honoring our diverse experiences. Her astrology readings have pushed me to go deeper, to see what’s difficult with a fierce and gentle love, and to trust - both my own self as well as the universe. Having her more in my pocket and more personalized through CHANI truly is a gift. The natal chart reading in addition to her horoscopes is awesome too - this will help me with learning my own chart and it’s relation to the events in the cosmos more since it’s so conveniently accessible in CHANI.
