Hi, I have an iPhone 7 and the fitspire app I just downloaded doesn’t fit in my screen. Lines of writing are missing and I can’t scroll to them or move past to the next screen

I want to love Fitspire and I think it has great potential. I would gladly pay for the yearly cost of it, but right now, it’s very broken. I would complete days and then it would reset. Or, a few days later it would say I didn’t complete all my tasks from previous days because it added some tasks to this dsys, after the fact. It’s very buggy.
Please let me know when it’s fixed and I will be first in line to pay you for it! I think it could be really useful if it just worked the way it’s supposed to!

I wanted to love Fitspire but there is no way to know because it just repeats the same thing every day. Yesterday was day 7, I woke up ready to cancel because I have definitely seen enough of the same 6 reminders. Imagine my surprise when I had already been charged and Fitspire says I have already completed day 8, while day 7 is still not started. They basically took my money and roped me into a 1 yr subscription of repetitive nonsense.

I can’t figure out how to cancel before the 7 day trial. There is no managing account in Fitspire under profile. I tried emailing Fitspire support email and the email bounced back as unknown.

There’s nothing in Fitspire? Like there’s nothing related to food except “hide your bad snacks” and there’s no exercise except for for a walk. What on earth was the point of of subscribing?
