Some this app staff definitely provide wonderful customer service. However, the technical errors on this platform have been, unfortunately, plentiful. Of course, this is a budding business and some issues here and there could be understandable. Yet, I do not appreciate the sexual harassment I received by some on here. The report feature was not so easily accessible and I told the relevant people about this situation; This student was still able to request me for a lesson in the aftermath. I would have appreciated a more ardent measure taken to protect teachers and students alike in the context there is ever any type of abuse inflicted. Furthermore, as a teacher for over 10 years, and having taught all levels to students across the world, this app is one small place I prefer to help students learn at an inexpensive rate compared to my typical charge. I am thoroughly disappointed to be so disrespected by some on here. I have always tried to work with students and there schedules, as they have with me, staff included. Yet, when I was told one manner to handle rescheduled lessons that could not be rescheduled in the system, I was told to label the lesson as completed and go from there. However, I received a conflicting report some lengthy time afterwards. I have had an issue with my lesson success percentage being penalized as a result of the rescheduling not going through the system while confirmed between the students and I. I always prefer to help as much as possible, among other things. Please try and provide a more respectful, considerate, and adaptive environment. Even when there are some students who were rude, I continued helping them. To be fallaciously ridiculed is an asinine affront that I vehemently oppose.
