dear sirs: I am having a problem with shows on the freevee channel clipping{short blackouts) throuout the program, particularly Grand Designs. it only does it during the program, never during the commercials or the 3 minute Freevee id. It does this on all of my tvs. I never have this issue on any other progamming, ie. Prime,satellite,antenna. I am having trouble believing that this is only happening to me. Would you kindly respond with any thoughts or solutions, i would certainly appreciate it. Sincerely, Thomas Fleming

Many programs continue to get cut off at the end, with perhaps 4, 5, or 6 minutes remaining. It's happening on Bones, Bull, The Presidents, and more. Please take steps to correct this problem. The time bar usually indicates 46 to 50 minutes. Usually enough with no commercials, but add in commercials, and you don't get the end of the program. HELP!!!

While watching a series. At the end of an episode, the system starts the next esidode and then jumps to the the following one. Ie: watching. Everwood series 1 episode 1 finishes and episode 2 starts and then jumps the end and episode 3 starts playing. Is there something I can do to correct this

It would be helpful if there was a schedule online and/or within the Freevee app on Fire TV and Roku devices for the live Freevee programming. For example, one should be able to find out when, each day, a specific episode of a television series in the Freevee library (such as 'The Addams Family', 'Charles in Charge' and 'Lassie') will be showing. Also helpful would be if TV episodes were shown in the order originally broadcast or presented. Even without a daily schedule, at least that ay a viewer could figure out which episode would be next showing.

After waiting a long time for my Freevee to open I get an oops something went wrong and an error code of 4001. Occasionally if I hit ok it takes me to what I wanted to watch but then buffers every few minutes. Wi-Fi speed test was showing 198 mbps. Other time it loads and works fine for awhile!

It's not free. Halfway thru watchin season 4 of Warehouse 13 you beagn charging to see episodes. I don't consider that free

You need to program alternative ads to all of the gay medicine commercials showing gay men making out. It's disgusting. I'm sure you have other ads you could show me - or double up on the non-gay ones... I know you have the tech to do this. Make it happen on my account.

I love Freevee I watch all the old shows but why are the episodes of the virginian out of order! They don't make sense out of order! Someone should be fired or at least trained how to count in order.

I don’t mind commercials, but the same damn ones over and over again for over a month is ridiculous!

Since commercials are so frequent, can you stop with the personal hygiene? I’m just trying to watch a show and the constant interruptions about wiping your butt or women that can’t figure out what size tampon to use gets disgusting. Thank you

The trans and homosexual commercials!! Stop! I cannot stand watching them in between every break. If ppl like that sort of thing let them go seek it out. Stop forcing it on your viewers!

Please stop putting homosexual and transsexual stuff in the commercials. You want to get off to that crap do that on your own time but don’t subject good people to that crap.

I am a member of the American Legion Post 71 in Cabot, AR. I need to know if it would be legal for me to show your movies at our post. I know that because of Copy Write Law that I cannot show CD's DVD's or VCR tapes at the post. If you must interrupt us every five minutes could you promote DIFFERENT commercial content? I also mute the same commercials repeatedly. Why not show Amazon products?

You may force me to sit through commercials but I don't have to LISTEN. With that I mute everytime. BTW, all the ads pitch products that the normal viewing public are NOT interested in.

HEY! When watching this movie 05/20/23, an anomaly occurred. Freevee has cut the last portion of The Thomas Crown Affair off the film- it doesn’t run all the way to the end, and loops back to the beginning too soon. Too bad- great ending!

I'm just curious, how is it that the ads audio matches the mouths of the people but you can't make the movies audio match?

Error code PLR-3027 when I try to watch a show I’ve been watching for a long time till now on the app with my fire stick. I need help figuring out how to fix this, so I can continue watching.

I have received error message ITV-1005 I have watched series and not finished yet. This app was on my TV and through Amazon.

Whenever I login into the app it will not open for more than 1 second. I'm using a roku ultra (updated software) but if I Uninstaller & reinstall & not login it works fine. It's been 2 days.

Error message PLR5019 has been constantly coming up which doesn't allow me to watch anything! The only shows I watch are on FreeVee, it is the most important thing. I have spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue with 4 different Amazon agents and they have been unable to fix it. I am disabled, in an assisted living facility, have no contact with other human beings and rely upon Freevee for my entertainment and sanity. Why can't I find a phone number for you to talk with a human being and get this resolved? PLEASE, SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!

Please, please, please stop ending shows early in order to start the next one. Twice this week the show ends early and I can’t find out how it ended! I could see ending it early to save time by avoiding the credits but you’ve cut off the end of the show. Please stop it!!!

I have not been able to change the Chinese language that is the default on some movies! I can't find the audio options. Does this mean there IS NO ENGLISH audio????? Using LG smart tv

Dear Sir:I watch IMDBtv through Amazon Prime.I would like to request that you continue production of The Expanse, taking over from Prime, as you are doing with the Bosch sequel.In the book series there are still three books to go after the conclusion of the tv series; a whole universe of new developments until the final conclusion. Which include the ultimate fate of humanity, the Ring builders, and their ancient enemies. I don't mind if you do it as additional seasons, a mini-series, or a single film; the tv audience deserves the real finale to the story.Please give this request serious consideration.Thank you.Phyllis S.
