Needs more streamlining

Just downloaded ANDA and it’s beautiful and I Love the full workout videos and the breakdown of the workout plans/types- so much so that I’m seriously considering purchasing the year subscription.

Things that could use some work:
-I would like if there was a way to keep track of/mark off what workouts in a plan have already been completed and have the next workout ready upon next login- Instead of clicking on the video, and scrolling through the “up next” videos to find where I left off. And from what I recall, the workouts aren’t numbered either so it’s hard to remember when I left off.
-I would like if a calendar was built in to ANDA (instead of printing one) that we could add in and track our workouts to.
-I’m not the biggest fan of the pdf information links. I think it would more streamlined if the information was integrated in ANDA instead of clicking open the links and having to zoom in on the information.
-And this is a big thing that might not be possible in the near future, but as someone who doesn’t like or use Facebook/social media much, I can’t join in on the Team Plans community and feel like I could be missing out on tips or competitions or- the community! I think adding in the community INTO ANDA would be great because it’s all together in one place.
-A place for progress pics would be fantastic too.

Overall, I am very excited to take full advantage of ANDA and can’t wait to see new updates in the future.

Could use some work

The content on here is absolutely great I’ve gotten a lot results repeating one program on here but ANDA app itself could definitely use some work. it just kind of seems a little bit steep to pay $20 a month for what seems to be an outdated platform. There’s really no way to know where you left off so I feel like my days get kind of jumbled and I forget what day I’m on. Otherwise, there is some new fun content but honestly not enough to keep me paying $20 a month 😭

Pretty Good!

I LOVE these programs, I am really enjoying the full body workouts! Abby is such a great coach and explains how each move should look and feel, which has been hugely helpful.
ANDA itself could use some work, which is to be expected of a new platform. It isn’t incredibly intuitive, and you have to do a lot of PDF reading to get started. I think it could use some streamlining and simplifying. I also wish there was a way to track which workouts I’ve completed. Sometimes it’s hard to tell where I left off in my program if I’m not keeping track of the number day I’m on in my head.
The programs are really what’s keeping me using ANDA, but really it isn’t a huge step up from the downloadable plans Teams had available before.

Running With Weightlifting

If you are into running and you’re not sure how to pair it with weightlifting…. This is your sign to download ANDA. I started with the foundational program and am now in fit 1.0. I run three days a week and then weight lift following ANDA in the evenings of those days. The schedule works great for me! I love being able to follow along and Abby provides such clear instructions. You can also google cast ANDA to your tv. Love ANDA!

Enjoyable and Affordable

Everything is very easy to follow, very nicely organized, and fits perfectly with an at-home gym! Abby is a very competent leader in all of this despite being recorded workouts—she always reminds you to be mindful right as concentration might be slipping. Updated: I do enjoy the Canadian slang thrown in every so often. “Heckin’” always makes me chuckle.

3 full months in and I still love it!

The best

I have been loving working out with Abby for so long and her app and workouts just keep improving. These workouts are short and to the point and hit every single time. From stabilizers to functional movements, these feel so good and fit perfectly into my schedule as a busy working mom. Thank you this app! I don’t know how I’d do it without you. Don’t think twice, just hit “play” and trust the process.

Postpartum

I found Abby on TikTok and loved her content then realized she coached on an app! I had to try it, especially since I’m 5 months postpartum. It’s so hard to leave the house to work out, let alone figuring out what to work out. I love how her workouts are all coached and fun, challenging but in an enjoyable, stimulating way. Abby feels like a real person too, I think we’d be friends in real life. Anyways, thank you for the awesome work outs!

Simplified fitness

It’s always been hard to me to stay consistent working out but ANDA takes the thought out of it. As a parent it’s easier to find the time to take care of myself when I know that I just have to get to the gym and do what Abby says 😂. Would recommend to anyone. The workouts are the perfect, adaptable, intensity and I really appreciate the pregnancy/postpartum friendly environment. 10/10

Love Abby!

Abby is extremely easy to follow during her exercise videos. She offers different levels of intensity from beginners to advanced. You don’t need a lot of equipment. I have followed her for years and I can honestly say I see a difference when I remain consistent. She is lighthearted and not afraid to call herself out which makes her feel like a completely relatable human and not some crazy fitness maniac. I definitely recommend her app!

A Must-Download App

There are so many plans to choose between for just about every training style. It genuinely does not matter where you are on your fitness journey — I promise you ANDA has a program tailored to your goals.

Also, Abby is such an encouraging trainer. Whenever I finish a workout video, I always feel grateful for my body and what it lets me do, even when the workouts leave me totally drenched in sweat and out of breath!

As a woman pushing well into her peri-menopause years of life I want to say Thank You to Abby Pollock for providing me with the fitness regime/lifestyle that perfectly suits this pivotal time. This fitness app syncs well with my smart devices and allows me to workout with a knowledgeable partner. The less is more mindset allows me to appreciate what my body is capable of along with Abby giving form correction ques throughout the workout to keep me in check. An amazing fitness app and team for all bodies.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’m a new mom and didn’t know how to start working out again. Following along with the weekly schedule took the stress of the planning out. The beginner friendly options for moves helped when a move was too advance for my recovery. Abby is amazing at what she does and I don’t feel bad if I slack or miss a day when I’m too busy running around the baby. That’s a workout in itself! I’ve tried other programs and apps but I had guilt when I missed a day because I became burnt out easily. The 3 day workout plan with active recovery in between is amazing for both my body and mind. It keeps me from feeling guilty from missing a day (or 2) and becoming burnt out or stopping completely. Thank you Abby for giving me my confidence back!

This is exactly what I needed to get back into my fitness journey and STAY there. The workouts are so fun! The way Abby sets you up for success with how she explains the exercise before/during the movements with ques on what/where you should be feeling your muscle is truly a gift! I feel like I am connected with my body again through this new found mind muscle connection. Thank you Abby for all the work you put into ANDA, I love it and I think it is 100% worth it!

Fantastic app

Love ANDA . Abby has been the best fitness trainer I’ve followed. I’m a woman in my thirties and these workouts give me the best results. Her app is fantastic. It’s broken into easy to understand sections with difficulty levels. She updates new workout every week so you’re never bored, and warm ups are included in each video which is fantastic. She’s all about form and preventing injury. Overall consistency with her plan has given me the best results and ANDA is the best thing she could have done. Highly recommend.

Fantastic app!!

We all know Abby is THE BEST. This just takes it to a whole different level though. I love how organized, colorful and easy ANDA is to use. Plus the workouts are all so convenient and timed well.

I personally don’t think I’ve ever seen such an affordable fitness app/program that provides SO MUCH. You get so much bang for your buck and I highly recommend this. Literally we have warm ups, cool downs, workouts and ab workouts it’s just all ba da bing ba da bang there and it’s really nice. I find that ANDA takes a lot of stress off my shoulders and I’m definitely going to continue using it for a while!!

And once again Abby is honestly the best. Her energy in the videos, knowledge, how she takes us through each exercise and times breaks perfectly is just outstanding.

If you don’t believe me then try the dang app with the week free trial and you will see what the heck I’m talking about. THIS IS EPIC!!

BEST APP FOR MOMS!

Abby, I adore you girl! You did it! ANDA is wonderful and your energy and realness unmatched! I absolutely love the complete and fast workouts, the fact that the music is clean, you dont curse, you do the workouts with us! And I feel completely comfortable with my little ones being around while I exercise! Thank you for your approach of “less is more”, it had changed my perspective on so many thing included of course working out. Just THANK YOU!!!! 3 workouts a week are possible because of you and your TEAM App!

Game changer

I have trained regularly for two decades. ANDA and Abby -they are amazing. Changed the whole way I train. I love the way Abby explains things. How she walks you through everything. How I feel challenged by each training but not avoidant because I know I will enjoy it. I appreciate how smart the programming is. I appreciate the mobility and recovery workouts for days I don't lift. I lifted for 17 years in a gym-never thought I'd be a home trainer-here I am though! I enjoy Abby's leadership and how she can lead without making one feel less than. I also love that she says 'heckin' lol.

Great workouts worth the price!

Tons of follow-along videos for every kind of dumbbell, bodyweight, or mobility workout you could want. Perfect if you have minimal equipment. Abby explains every movement effectively and coaches you throughout. New videos being added all the time, and there are even multi-week series if you’re looking for a complete guided workout program all in one place. Minimal bugs, I never have trouble getting videos to play on my iPhone. It may seem expensive up front, but it is well worth the value for an entire year of high-quality functional fitness content. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, develop athleticism, and/or increase their general fitness.

LOVE

I LOVE ANDA. I love that everyday is full body and if you can’t make a day it’s ok. It doesn’t throw everything out of whack. I love that there is mobility and strength AND running! This makes it enjoyable and helps make each week fun as I fill in my own movement around my family’s crazy inconsistent schedule. I really like that Abby does the workouts with us and reminds us to break with a countdown in between exercises not because we’re tired but for maximum benefit! Rest is important and I value educational reminders like this throughout my workouts. I love learning how I’m making a positive difference for me so I can be a positive influence for others. The videos are simple and well done. Abby you’re brilliant!

Highly Recommend!!!

I absolutely love Abby and all of the work that she does. I’ve been following her since 2020 when she first released her Made to Move It challenges. It totally changed my life. I was so bummed when those were no longer available - so I LOVE ANDA!!! You get access to allllll of her content. It’s amazing to have it in one place so I can keep coming back to it!
