How to fix PunkPanda app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PunkPanda app on iPhone
Update PunkPanda app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PunkPanda iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PunkPanda on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PunkPanda network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PunkPanda Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PunkPanda not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PunkPanda App
1. On android, goto Settings » PunkPanda » click [Force Stop]

Update PunkPanda to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PunkPanda App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PunkPanda » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PunkPanda.

Fix PunkPanda unable to contact server/ PunkPanda internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PunkPanda » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PunkPanda » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PunkPanda
