Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mourid Pro app issues:

Force Stop the Mourid Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mourid Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mourid Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mourid Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mourid Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mourid Pro.

Fix Mourid Pro unable to contact server/ Mourid Pro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mourid Pro » "Force Stop".

Again, got Mourid Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
