Started good…

I loved MostDays the first week or two I was using it. Then I fell into a very deep depression and stopped using it the last two weeks. I’m trying to get back on my feet, so I decided to open it and see if I could get notifications reminding me to check in. They were on. I started blaming my phone, but no they’re all allowed there. I’ve never gotten a notification from MostDays. I decided to try and use it anyway, knowing that using it would require having executive function that I hoped MostDays would help give me, and I tried multiple times to add a new routine for dealing with depression. It kept adding the daily routine instead. Over and over again. I closed and restarted MostDays . Still won’t let me add a routine.

This Deserve More Reviews!!

‼️TOTALLY FREE‼️ Why MostDays hasn’t blown up yet I’ll never understand! I struggle with severe depression and anxiety, and forming a routine and actually having the motivation to do it every day is one of my biggest obstacles. Within only 4 days of using MostDays I’m more productive, optimistic, and already feel like i have a great group of supporters cheering me on (even the CEO, thanks Brent!). My boyfriend and my grandma both joined as my accountability partners, and they love it too! MostDays has brought us closer together and we feel ready to take on each day as it comes!

Bug Report

I just started using MostDays so I can’t give my opinion yet, but I wanted to inform the developers of a bug. I downloaded MostDays and began to go through filling out the profile when I had to put down my phone. When I returned to my phone a few minutes later, MostDays froze and I got a message that said “Oops, this page works most days. Please restart the application.” I did restart and was met with the same error message. This happened repeatedly until I had to delete MostDays and re-install. Now, the error message has gone away and MostDays works, but I wanted to report the bug :)

Awesome

MostDays is amazing and completely free overall 10/10 but there is only a couple problems i am (and a friend i have talked to) unable to get into some of the group chat things in MostDays also a lot of the time it will say oops this page works most days plus restart the application and it still won’t work when i do. Again amazing but i hope this bug can get fixed:)

Review update

I left a review recently when I was unable to log into my account and couldn’t submit a question to the developers. They saw my review and emailed me to offer assistance. After hearing my problem they got right back to me with a possible solution to try. It worked perfectly and I got logged in right away. I am very greatful and am impressed with MostDays and anxious to get back to it and explore some more!

Love this app!!

I downloaded it immediately after hearing about it on Get Sleepy and I have used it every day since.
It has wonderful lists and reminders to choose from to help build healthier and/or happier routines. Routines are also customizable so you can really fit them to exactly what you’re needing.
Not to mention the kind community on MostDays that are always so supportive!!!
Highly recommend!!!!!!

Keeping up with Good Habits

Most Days helps me stay on track with my new routine and the community involved is super supportive (where was MostDays a few months ago?!?)

If you’re looking at changing your life, it starts with one step at a time - it’s taken me a few tries, but MostDays can help you stay disciplined with the structure you need to improve.

Thanks to the Most Days team!

This doesn’t work well

It doesn’t keep accurate track of my completed habits. When I mark them as completed, it forgets or unmarks them and I have to go back several times to mark them again, even into the next day. I like the concept here, though and think it would be very helpful if it actually kept track of the accomplished daily habits I have recorded. I’ve been looking for something like this and would be very happy with it if it actually worked.

Not Ready for Prime Time 😿

MostDays was recommended to me, and I agreed that it looked intriguing, and looked to be backed up by real science. So I was happy to give it a serious try.

I tried at least twice to create a new account in MostDays, including five times of trying to save my list of routines and habits (20 items, re-created each time 🙀), and I still don’t have an account!

Did I see a mention in one of the pages that this is an ALPHA piece of software?!! It sure feels like it. I wasted a couple hours wrestling with this thing. And now my mood is worse; thank you. 😿

Outstanding but I have a suggestion!

MostDays is so incredibly helpful for someone like me with ADHD. However I would love to be able to create habits that only need to be completed on certain days of the week. It would also be amazing to have reminders at specific times for specific habits! Love MostDays !

Really Enjoy This

I’ve been using MostDays for a few days and I am happy with how much I’ve been using it. I do things in mind to cross things off this list and I look forward to posting them and seeing my own progress. I’m hoping to use MostDays throughout this year, and honestly the rest of my life!

Committed!

Ever have trouble staying committed to a new routine? This is MostDays for you! During these tough times (aka all of 2020) it is easy to fall out of a routine but I love using Most Days to keep me accountable and stay motivated. I always feel better when I complete my daily routine. It is super easy to use and the reminders are great, not too pushy :)

By

Worth it

There’s community and it’s all free. It’s such an amazing app. You get support you need, privacy if you need it, and an actual check list of things to do it even helps you come up with stuff. I love MostDays and it’s clear that it’s creators actually care about people

Daily Accountability Partner

Mental health therapist by trade, mom of 2, and wife

Trying this out to share with clients who struggle with routines. 🙌 I don’t necessarily struggle with routines but struggle with keeping myself accountable.

So far, I really like this apps concept and the percentage it assigns helps me not self-sabotage & reminds me it’s okay to be flexible and self-compassionate with myself.

By

Amazing!

Set your own goals- or use ones they offer. Quick videos that are only a few minutes each to make sure I am on track. I love that it focuses on making progress and keeping it simple!! Amazing for anxiety depression grief and so much more!!!

By

So far so good :)

4 stars for now because i'm new to MostDays ! so my rating could go up. one suggestion i have is the option to "censor" your message in the chats in case you're talking about something that could be potentially triggering to others. also, if there aren't any already, i strongly suggest there be moderators too

Simple Participation | Big Impact

It takes me a little or no time to run through my routine checklists in Most Days, but those simple reminders for good practice help me so much in remembering my self care. A little bit of additional guidance in covering the basics of daily living can go a long way.

So helpful

i’m not one to write reviews EVER lol. but MostDays really helps so freaking much. dealing with silent battles takes soo much out of me, but seeing someone sent me a hug or clapped for my 40% completed checklist makes me feel seen, heard, and most importantly less alone. thank you to whoever created MostDays <3

A behavior-change app for the real world

What I love most about Most Days is its acceptance, right from the get-go, that almost no one practices every desired behavior every day. I have the freedom to celebrate days when I complete a behavior that I have added to my list, and the freedom to say, “That’s okay, try again tomorrow” when I don’t.

While there are other really good habit-building apps out there, I’ve always felt hounded to finish all the tasks on my list every day, to the point where I was marking them finished just so as not to break my streak. I eventually got frustrated, because I was not being honest with myself, and although I was able to change some behaviors, my focus ended up being more on the reward of getting those streaks than truly examining my behavior and working toward behavior that better serves me.

The other thing that really impresses me about Most Days is that it was developed by professionals who have years of experience treating people who could benefit from a new outlook on their behavior and its causes. That, and really good customer service, have really made the difference for me between this and other science-backed behavior change apps.

I’m grateful to have stumbled upon MostDays, and encourage others to give it a try. You won’t be sorry you did.

ADHD Godsend

My ADHD makes me struggle to wrap my head around all the things I need to do when I wake up, before bed, or even through the day. So MostDays has been a godsend to help remind me of those things but also take the pressure off of myself for once. I open MostDays a couple of times in the morning to look at my morning routine to see if there’s anything I forgot. Same at night, etc. It’s helped me stick to my goals and remove some anxiety.

I also love the pre-made routines. Has some brilliant ideas we can integrate into our own routines.

I love that there’s no ads or “pro” version. simple and efficient. Can add an accountability partner also.

I love that we can choose to engage with this huge community of like-minded people who are also working on themselves, or we can choose to make our information and routines private if that’s what we prefer. Seeing others be vulnerable about what they’re also facing helps us realize we’re not alone in these feelings.

MostDays is just great.

Mental Health + Social Media?

I felt like I was scrolling through person after person talking about eating disorders, depression, suicide, and other dark themes surrounding their life. I have a lot of things that trigger me, including topics like suicide and self harm. There’s no warning on posts or anything similar to that, so every time i looked through I had to set it down and decompress from all the negativity and trauma dumps there were. I’m sure MostDays works great for some people, for me it was a great diary for a while, but I have to make myself delete MostDays because it’s just not working for me.. :’)
MostDays being so similar to social media is also really strange to me, like being able to receive comments and claps on posts about traumatic events feels really strange.. it’s like you watched the claps on your post trying to hope people like you, and yet it’s a mental health app— I don’t know, it’s just clearly not the space for me

Great app, one glitch…

I love MostDays, it helps me feel motivated and actually connect with others instead of talking to a bot to get help. It has videos that teaches about different topics and they’re really helpful. However, today, I noticed an issue. I was going to go into my most days app, but it just loads the logo and I cannot access MostDays . I don’t want to delete MostDays and redownload because I do not remember my password and I don’t want to lose my accountability partner. Please please please fix this if possible. If it helps at all, I did close MostDays when trying to fill out my mood because I didn’t know how I was feeling at the moment so that may have triggered a glitch as well. Thank you for reading :)

Perfect!!

I’ve only had MostDays for a day, but i am already in love!! I’ve been looking for an app that has all of these features for a long time. I love how integrated the community is with MostDays as well. It feels like a nice cohesive support network as opposed to an “extra feature.” Finally, I absolutely love the fact that there’s no pro features and everyone gets the same experience without a paywall. As a full time college student, this is a godsend to make the most of this beautiful app. When i am able to contribute, I will be more than happy to!!

This app is really helpful for those struggling with mental health

MostDays is very helpful, it connects you to people with similar struggles. It gives experts advice and helps with all kinds of personal problems. I also really appreciated that since I couldn't afford it it had reduced pay options, I was so dissapoonted when I saw the subscription price and thought never mind I'll have to get rid of MostDays but below it had a section for reduced pay and I was so happy I can finally get a app to help with my mental illness.

Has many things to offer in one place

There are so many apps that offer one thing but this offers so much more…a community, educational resources, assessments, seeing your progress! One of my favorites so far is the checklist of habits! Creating habits related to your mental health and wellness is what is needed to change your life! This helps you take those steps to make life long changes! Thank you for taking the stress off of making me feel like it has to be all or nothing…just most days!

Most Days Review

Even though I just got MostDays yesterday, it already feels like a fresh start. I love that if you can’t afford the options provided you can apply for a scholarship, I applied and received one and I was really able to check out MostDays . It breaks your everyday life down into steps which is actually helpful. So far I really like MostDays.

By

Amazing!! Thank you so much for this app.

To the developers & team, you guys are amazing people. The fact MostDays is free is astounding, you get so much access to so many vital things necessary for building good habits. After I pay my tuition for this semester and I’m sure I am in a good financial space, I will be contributing so others can continue to have access to such an amazing app. Thank you so much.

My little journal app

I love how MostDays gives me notifications and the use is so simple. It holds me accountable for the things I want to improve on. Yes MostDays can be free if you truly can’t afford. But it takes true discipline and commitment for it to work. I don’t use this daily and I love how the name of MostDays is most days, it makes me feel better

Just keeps getting better!

I’ve been using MostDays for over a year now and I love it! Each new release gets better and better, and Sage, the AI habit coach, has been a thoughtful and really helpful addition. It’s so nice to have an app that gently helps you stay on track and improve your life and habits without scolding you or making you feel like you have to do everything, every day, perfectly, in order to make progress. I can see the improvements in my health and mood even when I’m absent for a while. It is well worth the subscription!

Choose My Message Delivery Time

Without fail, I receive a message at 8 AM from my habit coach. Unfortunately at 8 AM every day I am doing one of two things… Either I am at work and unable to look at the message Monday through Friday… Or on my weekends at 8 AM I am sleeping.

I am ready to start thinking about my habits and my this app app in the evening, but I don’t know how or if I can change the time of the habit coach messages. I replied to Wen habit coach message, requesting assistance, but did not receive a useful reply.

Can’t get back on

MostDays is great but I can’t get back on by signing into my account. I was going to register for a full year subscription but will not pay if I can’t sign up. I am eligible for MostDays scholarship fee. I want to be able to login without having a by issues.
The daily check ins helped me with my anxiety and depression. I wouldn’t have gotten through that period of my life without MostDays.
