Great Website, App is Garbage

The website is amazing. Great content from the top players in the game. I love all the instructionals.
The App however, is complete trash. Issues such as missing purchases, random crashes, and now I’m unable to login. An uninstall/reinstall might fix it, but I’m afraid to lose 100+ GB of data that I don’t want to meticulously download again.
It is seriously frustrating having invested thousands of dollars at this point for content you cannot access via the publisher’s sponsored app.
Less than half of my purchases are working

Overall design is great but only a few of my videos are able to be played. They all show up under ‘my videos’ but when I go to them no play option is there. Maybe the app is still a work in progress??
Good start, but needs improvement

I love the content that BJJ Fanatics puts out. It has taken my game to a much higher level after learning from the best in the game. That being said, the app needs some work. I could download videos and view them offline in the previous version just fine, but, in the latest version, it downloads up to 99% and either crashes or it just doesn’t save. The website also doesn’t work well with a wifi extender, which is quite a problem for me at home. Other than that, great app.
