Ordered a jersey on 9/10, after a week of the order status not being updated I called customer service and they alerted me that the payment was never captured. Had I not called to follow up I never would have known this. They can send spam on a daily basis but can't alert customers that there was a problem with their system capturing payments. The rep I spoke to said she can place the order again and adjust the price after the fact to the price I had originally purchased it for. This never happened. I got charged the full price and no record of the adjusted price. This app is now deleted from my phone. Terrible!

Placed an order on a Sunday morning. Noticed later that evening the the shipping address was wrong. Talked to a representative the next morning to change the shipping address. They tell me that they can’t change it. Mind you this is on a Monday and it’s not supposed to ship until Thursday. Representative tells me he will try and cancel the order. Nope can’t do that either. I get a email later that day that sorry but we can’t do anything for you. If you would like to return the item we would be happy to help you. How the heck I’m I supposed to return an item that I will never receive. $200 bucks down the drain. Thanks NFL Shops.

Just as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured – whatever that means – I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund— I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten – I asked for a $20 credit on a future order and they said no – great way to earn the respect of customers... so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company.
