KidControl iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix KidControl app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KidControl app on iPhone
Update KidControl app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KidControl iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KidControl on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KidControl network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KidControl Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KidControl not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KidControl App
1. On android, goto Settings » KidControl » click [Force Stop]

Update KidControl to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KidControl App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KidControl » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KidControl.

Fix KidControl unable to contact server/ KidControl internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KidControl » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KidControl » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KidControl
