I really like MyBibleTracker. It is beautiful and smooth and functions well. There seems to be one major problem. When I bought a new phone and restored it from backup I discovered that MyBibleTracker doesn’t back up to the cloud and has no option to back up. I was 75% through the Bible and now I don’t know where I was. I was sporadically reading different books so I don’t think I will be able to remember all the chapters that I had read. Not sure what to do now. This is a deal breaker for me. MyBibleTracker needs a backup option. Without it I just can’t use MyBibleTracker . I am hoping I just missed the feature. If MyBibleTracker had this feature it would be a 4 star. Without it I can only give it 2.
I like the interface a lot, but the tracking statistics are clearly wrong. After reading 7 chapters (out of 1189) it says I have read 0.9% of the Bible. It clearly should state 0.6%.
After reading 11 of 1189 chapters it says 1.4% complete. I’m not sure how it is calculating progress, but it makes me concerned about continuing to use MyBibleTracker rather than another.
MyBibleTracker is great for tracking Bible reading progress. It would be helpful to have a ‘clear all’ button added so when one is finished reading the Bible all completed progress could be cleared at one time, instead of having to clear book by book to start over.
Easy to use and i love that i can add different Bible tracking names and colors. It makes it so much easier to track all my progress in one app. It would be even better if there was an additional section for the apocrypha.
I love the new update. I finished the whole bible last year and started again this year and had to wipe it clean. And this update came down and I was able to bring last years back.
My only thing is I wish they could give us the option of which bible we are reading. Instead of just having the Protestant bible we should have the option to change it to the Catholic bible with the added books
Love MyBibleTracker. The only thing it is missing is to have an option to include the original Catholic books. I would increase to 5 stars and all my friends would also use MyBibleTracker then since we are doing the Bible in a Year podcast.
This is a great, simple app for tracking Bible reading progress. One thing would make this much better. Many of us read through multiple translations at once. A way to track 1-2 translations at a time would be great!
MyBibleTracker is amazing! It does exactly what it says it will do, let you track the books of the Bible you’ve read. There’s no bloat, and it’s not infested with ads or promotions. Love it!

Easy and intuitive. Keep your thumb on several different Bible reading plans. Pause one and get back to it later, no problem!!
I love MyBibleTracker. It works simply and doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary and complicated features to clutter it up. The UI is very clean and easy to use. I like that you can have multiple trackers to meet you goals. If I were to add anything it would be the ability to swipe left and right from within a book. For example, if I’ve tracked my reading in Psalms and want to move on to Proverbs, it would be nice to swipe to the left as if changing a page. Currently i would have go into Psalms, check off my reading, back out of Psalms, go into Proverbs, and then check off my reading. Not a big deal.
I love the tracker. I have used it for years and now that I have a new iPhone it’s not letting me transfer my old data or my current achievements to my new iPhone. I can’t find any link for assistance.
MyBibleTracker is exactly what I was looking for an easy checklist that has all the books of the Bible broken down into chapters that I can check off as I read. I can even check a whole book in one click. It’s so user friendly, designed in a pleasing way, and simple.
I also love how the books are placed in categories and also the achievements. Those are a great added bonus without cluttering MyBibleTracker at all. Overall I love how simple MyBibleTracker is.

Perfect, Easy-to-use Bible tracker when you want to keep track of how many books of the bible you’ve read. I love it shows you what percentage of the Bible you have read so far, and also the breakdown of books. Amazing app!!
Now it is even better that one can create multiple tracks. They have 9 language options now. I have been recommending MyBibleTracker to many of my friends.
I do hope MyBibleTracker keeps adding other languages such as Chinese, Korean and Japanese and so on!

This works great for keeping track of Bible reading. Very simple, straightforward and easy to use. I am a Bible memorizer and I currently also use this to keep track of which books I have memorized. I would love this in a version for Bible memory that allowed you to check off each verse in a chapter as you got it memorized. Please consider this! 🙏
MyBibleTracker is great! It’s awesome for tracking my progress through my many reading plans through the Bible. However it can be improved and more things can be added. Such as…
- Bring back the % with 2 decimal places for the percentage of the New and Old Testament and whole Bible progress. So I can see the exact progress I’m making on it. Maybe adding an option between rounded percentages and decimal percentages would be great!
- Reading history. So we can see when we checked off certain chapters and books.
- Maybe even more achievements, so we can feel more accomplished reading through a book and maybe an achievement for reading through the Bible many times.
The only thing I would like to see in MyBibleTracker is a time and date stamp when you click on a chapter. Then someway to see that and maybe print it out or something. But this is great and much better than trying to do reading plans.
Better yet send that event to the calendar along with the name of the book. This would allow you to look at your reading history in the calendar
