Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PicX app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PicX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PicX app on iPhone
Update PicX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PicX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PicX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PicX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PicX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PicX app issues:

Force Stop the PicX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PicX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PicX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PicX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PicX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PicX.

Fix PicX unable to contact server/ PicX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PicX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PicX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PicX on android.
