I just started using this app for a “Athletics” program, and I love it! Super easy to follow for those beginners, yet still has great programs for the advanced. This app was recommended by Chad, can’t thank him enough for this! My program is fun, lol! Crazy to say, but it got me doing moves that I enjoy! My goal is to run a 5-min mile, and these programs have great explosive programs that construct everything how it should be, not just random exercises thrown together! Oh by the way, programming workouts is not something everyone could do, so that’s why there’s great apps like this one! I been in the fitness industry (weight loss specialist) for years, and programs are part of why people do or don’t get their results! Just sayin’!

I was interested in this app because it would allow me to create my own custom programs and attach video files so that I could remember proper technique. I spent creating a program and linking videos, but within days the video links were corrupted and inaccessible. I sent an email through the support page, but I got no reply. The web UI is poor, and modifying or editing programs is clunky and unresponsive While Boostcamp promises the ability to create your own workouts, it really wants to sell you the prepackaged templates that they have. I wish I had cancelled before an annual subscription kick in on day seven – definitely not worth $60 a year. Caveat emptor.

My target weights updated. I am currently running Gzclp on this app and I have the premium version which I understand why they have certain features behind a pay wall. It’s either that or ads to allow the company to survive.
But what is killing the experience for me is that my target weights week to week do not update on any of the tiers and only the tier 3 sets show the previous week. Maybe I am missing something but it would be nice if the target weights would update so I didn’t have to rely on memory or fiddle around with the history tab.
I also sent a message in the apps contact link but I’m not sure if it was received by anyone.
