English version doesn’t work

I want to see the sonogram but the English version does not play it. The icon shows loading but then doesn’t play the video. I am in Korea and I tried downloading the Korean version but a pop up message says I can’t in my region. Please fix this bug.
Won’t keep past ultrasound, and no noise, so you won’t be able to hear the heartbeat

I deleted the app by accident and when I logged back in, the ultrasounds are no longer there. Really disappointed.

I have the same problem as below. I am in South Korea and changed to the region to Korea on the store app but it hasn’t fixed at all.
