I want to see the sonogram but the English version does not play it. The icon shows loading but then doesn’t play the video. I am in Korea and I tried downloading the Korean version but a pop up message says I can’t in my region. Please fix this bug.
I deleted Momitalk by accident and when I logged back in, the ultrasounds are no longer there. Really disappointed.
I have the same problem as below. I am in South Korea and changed to the region to Korea on the store app but it hasn’t fixed at all.
Just had my ultrasound done and it’s not showing my recording so upset
I’ve had this for about a month. It was really nice being able to see my baby’s ultrasound at first, but then they stopped playing. I have tried to verify my email address. Nothing. I want to see what it says for my pregnancy’s development. It loads forever and shows nothing. I have compared my (English) app to my husband’s (in Korean, we are in Korea), and the difference is huge. His version has all kinds of articles and resources for getting ready for our baby. Mine has a picture of a fruit. I understand the limitations of having an app in multiple languages, but I can’t even change my version to match his.
Also worth noting: I can’t add him to my family on Momitalk , and he can’t add me to his on his.
Basically, it’s not worth setting up an account and trying to use Momitalk in English.
I would like to know how I can recover my ultrasounds, the application deleted them and I tried to recover them but it didn't let me, could someone help me please?
