Good evening on my account I had my old car namely M25SPH registered. I have since used the App for parking in Harrogate with my old registration listed for my latest parking charges in Montpellier Shoppers, Harrogate. the receipt shows my old registration number. Can you please amend this to NU75 MHL and reissue my receipt showing my new vehicle registration number. I await your response, thank you.

Tried the new app and it was a complete fail. It doesn’t say if I have paid. It doesn’t allow you to pay for only the minutes you are parked.
Old one was better when it worked. Old app would stop charging when you drive away

If there was no stars I would give that! You changed the app and made it even worse! I am constantly getting tickets bc it doesn’t charge me to the right location and it is not user friendly!

Wish the old app hadn’t been “updated”. It is so confusing to figure out where you are on the map and where you should pin yourself. The old app seemed easier to navigate and use.
