Has potential

I’ve been enjoying this game since I downloaded it a few months ago. However, recently more and more bugs keep coming up and none of them are getting fixed while they keep releasing new versions of a battle pass so that you don’t have just one battle pass to buy but 2 or 3! Everything is being over monetized. I have no issue with a company making money. That’s how they stay a business! But when the only new content seems to be pay to win content and tons of monetization while game breaking issues such as the connection bugs are still an issue it makes me wonder why I open RushRoyale . I’ve had plenty of games recently where I’m about to win then randomly my screen pops up “the connection can’t be restored” and it gives me a loss. I have great internet so there is no reason that should be happening. Another issue is that players with bad internet actually gain an advantage when running a shaman deck because the way the servers are set up the player with great internet will still lag massively due to the slow internet player meaning you can’t defend against shaman. Many of these bugs cause me to want to stop playing instantly after one happens because it’s demoralizing losing a game that you should have won.

If these bugs are fixed and some balance changes happen then I would likely change my review to a 4 or 5 star. I believe this is a fun game but recently has been going in the wrong direction.

Love the game, but there’s still issues

Don’t get me wrong, I really REALLY love this game. Like, I’ve spent almost 100 dollars on it so far. But while I love the game even in its current state, there are multiple issues with the game that need to be addressed in future patches. The main issue is the deck variety. As far as I know there are currently 3 decks and you have to run one off the three to do good, with slight interchangeability between the cards in each. What the decks are is besides the point because that’s not what’s important. What’s important is that there is only 3 DECKS viable for top tier players. 3. In a game where variety is the best aspect of it so many cards being virtually useless is not good and makes the game grow dull after a while. Another issue is how you HAVE to pay to win. And not just a little bit. Like I said previously, I’ve spent almost 100 dollars on this game. That wasn’t all because I’m addicted. It’s because I HAD to in order to play against high tier players and stand a chance. Despite how much I’ve payed so far, I still am only at around 6K trophies and struggling to push because of Shaman players. Devs, if you’re reading this, which I’m 99.9% sure you won’t, Nerf Shaman. Please. I can’t take it anymore. And stop charging us so much for stuff. We’re not rich snobs. Oh, and one last thing. C L A N S.

TLDR: Pretty looking predatory P2W money sink.

I do not recommend getting into this game if you have any intentions of it being anything more than just something you play for fun waiting at the doctors office. The game developers are shockingly greedy and with every new update it adds a new system or mechanic or legendary card to break the game for a season or two before nerfing to oblivion to make way for the next busted and blatant money grab. This game has 5 different *passes* you can buy each month with one of those passes literally progressing by spending money. They don’t do anything to further the viability of existing cards and in fact update the game to be harsher for F2P such as removing unlimited coop and putting that behind a paywall as well. Beyond that, they removed opportunities to get legendary cards and made clan battles a simple business transaction where you buy more chances to battle a day, if you lose you pay to ignore the loss so your streak doesn’t break which coincidentally recently updated so you have to win your battles consecutively to get any worthwhile points for your clan. Also in case you were worried about my last point they will ensure you get several impossible matchups you can’t win no matter what to ensure crystals get spent. Essentially this is a game where you slap the opponent with your credit card and whoever fell for this scam worse and spent more money gets the win.

Poorly Balanced Supercell Clone

This game is a poorly balanced mess. The general concept and card variety is fun, but there is no meaningful balancing between cards. Many of them are inherently better than others regardless of how much you upgrade them or how you use them, and legendary cards (ones you basically have to pay for otherwise you will never unlock them) are so much better than others that you’re almost guaranteed to win if you have them and your opponent doesn’t.

The whole game is a blatant cash grab, and the prices are so much less reasonable than other comparable games. $12 for a season pass, and most timed unlock packs for legendary cards will cost you $10-$40. That’s crazy expensive for a supercell ripoff when you could get a lot more for a lot less in their games. There is a decent, fun idea underneath it all, but someone decided to overtune the pay-to-win to make it all about spending money.

I had fun playing it for the first couple days, but I’m at the point where it’s not fun, and I’m unwilling to spend money to stay competitive in such a poorly balanced game. On top of the cards being so poorly balanced (the one thing you can control as you assemble your team) there is no meaningful balancing to the “boss” enemies. Some of them are insanely disruptive and will ruin everything you put together in a match, while others do nothing. Way too much of the game comes down to chance, which adds to how frustrating the poor balancing is.

No Longer Fun - Matchmaking is Broken

This game can be a lot of fun, especially for a new player. However, as you rank up and climb the leaderboards it can very quickly stop being fun. Once a player enters league 1, which is about 4000 trophies, they will be put up against opponents with far more trophies than them. This is usually a difference of at least 500 trophies, and those players also have a significant advantage because they have higher level and more legendary cards. Regardless, due to them having a higher level trainer and cards most games are un-winnable unless the opponent just gives up. This happened in a recent game where I had the exact same deck as the opponent. We both had reasonable good luck but I began to fall behind after the 2nd boss. After they won I examined their deck and realized that every single card was at least 3 levels higher than mine. Their critical strike was over 400% higher than mine. This was expected, as their trophies were over 800 more than what I had at that moment. If you’re looking for casual fun games, this game doesn’t honestly fit that category as you improve at the game. Probably going to uninstall, as the past 10 games I’ve played were all similar to what I described above. This game isn’t fun anymore because matchmaking makes games wayyy to unfair. Goodbye casual gameplay.

When I initially saw this game, I thought it was one of THOSE games

Rush Royale might not look too spectacular in its adds or on its store page, but it’s a game that makes smart decisions where many other games lack. It’s progression systems are very rewarding to regular players (although a little bit dépendant on watching a couple ads each time you play) but the ads are not forced upon the player which is great! The game has very unique gameplay that is extremely replayable, both for coop modes or pvp. While there are certain aspects of the game that are heavily reliant on RNG, and this can make certain matches feel totally unfair sometimes, it’s part of the challenge of balancing a game like this where the units auto target, randomly spawn in, and randomly change when merging. There are many other things I could point out about the game that I enjoy, but really I think the frequency of updates and development by the devs (for the time being at least) show that this game has much room to grow and a community of devs and players that are totally engaged and enjoying playing Rush Royale. If there was slightly less frustrating RNG I would easily give the game five stars, but as it stands almost all of the systems of combat rely on RNG, which just is not as fun to interact with as the game could be.

Biggest P2W I have ever played. Seriously.

This was a really, really, really fun game. At least that’s how it started off before the greedy devs destroyed the game. A PVP Tower Defense game. Absolutely loved it. Couldn’t get enough. That was the case the first few months when they were building their audience. That has all changed. This game is now 100% p2w. How? They introduced heros. Completely pointless, but they did it. Of course, the only way to get a good hero is to spend money. The only way to upgrade your hero is to spend more money. Heros also have armors and weapons. Guess what? The only way to get a decent weapon is to spend money. Upgrading legendary units now requires crystals. The only way to get crystals is, you guessed it, to spend money. They introduced a new legendary card that demolishes every other card. The only way to get that is to spend money. They’ll probably nerf that card in a month or two and replace it with a better card that can only be obtained by spending more money. Then they introduced talents. You need crystal balls to get talents. And guess what? Yep, you need to spend money on that too. There’s no more strategy. The minute you get matched, it’s automatically who has spent the most money that’s going to win. It’s just not fun anymore. So if you’re not ready to spend hundreds, perhaps thousands, and see if you’re match has spent more, which means they will win, or less, which means they will lose, then I’d say skip this game.

Good but very flawed

The gameplay is good but it is exceedingly pay to win and has you complete quizzes or purchases in a third party to get in game rewards that are absolutely not worth it. And the chests are priced ridiculously high ($10) just to maybe get one legendary unit card you want. Like a lot of games recently there’s also a season pass that boosts progression but not really enough to make it worth it especially since it’s not a permanent purchase. And sure you can progress naturally but it takes forever to get anywhere even with watching up to 7 or so nearly 40 second long ads an hour. The only saving grace is that the gameplay is actually enjoyable and you only get put against people that are around the same progression as you. It’s not a complete cash grab, and I commend the work put in to making the game, but it’s clear that money is main motivator which is an absolute shame since it could be much more enjoyable if you didn’t feel forced to buy progression boosts or complete an obscene amount (up to 125) of quizzes or other offers in order to get one chest. Seriously it’s not in any way enjoyable to have to do that just to get a single legendary card that has a minuscule chance of being what you need. It’s just predatory marketing. I doubt the review will result in anything but maybe it’ll convince a few people to not waste their time.

I like it but…

This would’ve been a 4 or 5, however, The games community has died off a lot in the last month, ever since the witch was released and demon hunter reworked it’s harder to get into games, I’m close to quitting because there’s no counter to the witch, yes the portal keepers can…but that’s 100% luck based, if the witch infects a unit stronger than the portal keepers is game over, especially if you have the scrapper, a unit will inevitably out rank your portal keepers so you can’t cleanse the enemy healing, any valid counter’s require units that have no traits to help them win, if the witches healing was on a timer that increases per rank instead of healing per rank it wouldn’t be as broken to deal with, at least then you have a chance of your strong units killing you, let’s not get started on the fact that the witch came out with talents to make it stronger…so many units need traits but let’s give the brand new ones traits instead…reinforcing pay to win, anyone who bought the witches when they released have a very high chance of victory, anyone who randomly got it too, it’s an excellent support unit, but just one merge can be an instant win, a timer on the healing is the best solution I can think of, or a unit that can shield or cleanse others more consistently than just based on merge rank

Rush Royale player

The stats in both PvP and CoOp are un even and as well as the events that go on. It is more a game of chance when players land on the field when facing an opponent it is a well played game but that being said certain card are buffed out more than others… example the card they buffed out “ demon hunter” was an adequate player but now is a card that is OP (over powering). enhancements are being made but is also unenabling basic or new players from progressing whether you spent 100$ it still isn’t enough to surpass top opponents over 1000$ is needed to be top league even then so each arena doesn’t guarantee all the card that are supposed to be unlocked when achieving the certain levels as well as successfully winning against other opponents and unlocking chests and treasures. after arena 6 good luck trying to progress top players opponents hope rush Royale sees this message and understands but i guess thats how Business is made through purchases to advance in games like this vs to call of duty. To top it off your hero stays at basic levels as well as they’re armor purchases must be made in order to become ( rare, legendary , or exotic). Thank you hope everyone has an understanding of this game .

Please fix RNG but game is fun

This is a fun game and has a lot of potential, but I feel like it is too RNG heavy. There are SO many games I start and lose immediately because I get 6 of the same unit in a row and can’t do anything about it beside merging, but then get level 2 of the thing that I was trying to get rid of. This has also worked in my favor, but I like when the game is longer than 10 seconds. My suggestion is that in the beginning of each game, the first 5 troops deployed should be one of each in your deck so no one loses immediately. I don’t have a problem with things changing to random units when they are ranked up because that adds more strategy to it and forces you to familiarize yourself with the units you have available, but I would like to be able to always get to the point where the game is mostly in my control.

This one isn’t really something I want to see changed but I think more emotes in the future would be cool and they could be added to the shop section to use the gems on since they don’t really have all that much of a use.

That’s all :) the game is a lot of fun, I just wanted to share my thoughts on how it could be a little more enjoyable, especially to newer players.

It’s great till you paywall

It’s amazing to play and learn, but it’s a paywall game like so many other mobile games. It’s nice that you CAN f2p your way pretty deep into the rankings, but once you get there you just run in to players with the BEST cards in the game. Some of which are indirectly locked behind paywalls. *ahem robot*. Then being f2p, I’m limited in my ability to earn legendaries to HOPING I can get a decent clan who can help win the clan tourney, or you spend months grinding essence to roll for a legendary and then you get to hope and pray it’s actually a useful one as more than half of them aren’t worth anything. THEN you have to spend millions of gold to upgrade cards and equipment just to stand a chance. Then there’s the paywall. I don’t have any issue spending money on games at all, but when you want $12 a month for ONE OF THREE available battle passes, you’re asking for a lot. Then they like to throw their packs your way. $60 for a legendary and a few thousand coins plus you get some battle pass progress… I keep sticking around hoping one day I’ll get lucky and roll a decent legendary, but so far I’ve seen 3 of the few I have multiple times before I’ve unlocked even half of them… so enjoy the grind for nothing to get abused by players who are willing to pay

R.I.P. Rush Royale

The newest and biggest update has murdered this game. It’s absolutely unplayable now. People who have invested all their time and some that invested a lot of money as well, just got the rug pulled out from beneath them. You spend all this time building up certain cards only for an update to make those cards useless and all the old useless cards are now unbelievable powerful. Okay. So we try to adapt and play with that card like every other person… others adapt to find the only way to beat the unbelievably powerful card and now they weakened that crazy card so now ITS useless. Now all we do is play against people who’s entire method is to try to screw you over with shamans and witches. I’m rambling but this game is garbage now. It’s clear the devs are trying to damage control the mistake without actually acknowledging it but they should’ve honestly just left it the way it was and add new dungeon levels. Instead they just shuffle around all the rules and make everyone’s hard work useless but randomly changing stats and stuff. Awful. I’m completely upset. In one week I went from having an amazingly beefed up deck and almost 7000 trophies with a respectable win ratio to sacrificing all of that trying to adapt. And once I do and it starts working, they change that too. I’m done with this game. I know other feel exactly the same thing.

update completely ruined game

my other review isn’t here, so i’m leaving one again. they completely ruined the game with the last update.
Co-op going to the dungeon system made me all but quit playing. People disconnect from co op games or you end up with someone wayyyy lower strength than you often, which is fine and fun because co op was unlimited, but now co op is a very limited level system and it’s impossible to beat without a high level friend or clanmate. Besides that having limited keys for co op pretty much destroyed gameplay. I used co op games to test decks all the time, who wants to lose a ton of pvp points trying out a new card?
On top of those co op changes, the balance changes they made to blade dancer/cultist/inquisitor made them SO UNBALANCED. Almost every deck i play against now is bd/knight statue/portal and it’s now just a game of chance who gets their board set up faster. I loved this game so much, played hours every day for months. One of the most fun parts was the constant challenge of figuring out the strongest deck combos with faction of the week, talents, and more. It’s just a blade dancer battle every time now and you can’t beat it with any other cards. No creativity or strategizing anymore.
I’ve never left a review before, but this was SO BAD i am hoping the developers see. I quit playing on Sunday and can no longer recommend it to friends.

Pay to win but painfully fun.

I’m not one to write reviews but I figured this is definitely worth putting out there. I love the game, so much so I left my daily supercell games for this. What ultimately hurts is it felt like I saw a great future in the early onset of the game. The first couple of weeks it was so fun and I enjoyed the thrill of getting better with experience and building my card collection BUT once you hit a certain arena, only those who cough up real hard earned money ~and I don’t mean the average 99 cent money, I’m talking you pay for items that are literally priced at triple a console and PC games ($20,30,50,60 and even $100 dollar half @#$’ed deals) I resisted the urge to spend a cent of my money because it’s clear this game has the potential to be a vital contributor to the mobile gaming community but the devs chose money over balance. Who can blame them though. As I write this, it’s the apps first year of launch, to commemorate their first birthday of making thousands off us, guess what they did for the community! They gave us 50 crystals… 50 lousy crystals that get you NOWHERE. Not a permanent emote, not a chest, (when they do give chests they’re absolutely horrible) but that’s how the devs show their appreciation. It’s whatever though, games like this (due to their developers) fizzle out quicker than others so karma comes around eventually.

Overpriced shop, and nerf any viable deck

This game has the potential to be better, but for some reason the devs decide to nerf all decks, and make cosmetic changes instead of buffing the other available cards to make more decks viable. You only see people really running 1 deck demon hunter with a combo of a few other support cards. It’s either that or a shaman deck. I’m uninstalling this game. You also if you want anything good be ready to pay a premium for some reason the devs thing a box of common cards and epic cards and 1 legendary is worth 60 bucks. Why??? The common cards aren’t even viable except for like 3 of them. The epic cards are not really either except for 2-3 of them. Who would want to pay those steep prices and they go and mark it down “normally 120 but for now 60” like that’s a deal. What a joke. I played this game back in the past, uninstalled it, and tried again. Same ol same ol. Greedy devs that don’t know how to properly balance a game. Look elsewhere for a F2P game, and avoid at all costs. I’m sure the dev will comment we value our players opinions but clearly not because they continue to do the same stuff need other viable decks and leave room for 2 decks as an option. 3k+ trophies and you see everyone running the same thing and if you don’t wanna spend a bunch of money you’ll lose time and time again.

New Co-op

I have never left a review on an app before mainly because I’m lazy and don’t wanna; however, I had stumbled on this game a couple of months ago and fell in love with the co-op mode. I even got my fiancé on board and we enjoyed seeing how far we could go. Consistently changing our decks to see how we could get further. We both have spent money on the game because we’ve enjoyed it and the leveling system doesn’t require you to spend money to play. I logged on today to see that our favorite mode had changed to dungeons. Which I know others believed the original co-op would get boring but for us we loved it. Always aiming for new levels, but now you have to have keys to play the dungeons version and it is no longer the same survival it was (think round after round of increasing challenges and not having to wait between games) now they have a set amount of levels and a set amount of keys you get per day which I feel completely ruined the experience and I may delete the game over it. If they had kept the old version and incorporated the new dungeons mode in I wouldn’t be so upset. But now the one thing that kept us coming back is now gone.

Co op levels and cards

I would totally give this game 5 stars but the only reason I’m not is because there’s a few things I feel could be improved. One of them being the difficulty in the co op levels. I’ve been stuck on chapter 3 floor 8 for WEEKS now and have spent a good amount of money trying to either get stronger cards or level up the ones I have with no luck. It feels like it’s truly impossible to make it past this level. The other issue I feel is whenever you do open chests it’s always the same low damage guys that you get level up cards for. I just think this should be shuffled a little better. Another thing regarding the chests you get, randomizing the legendary cards out of the legendary chests would be amazing too instead of getting the same cards you already have. Other than those issues, this game is amazing and I’m totally addicted to it. I’m sure you guys get a lot of money off this game and should be able to have some space for wiggle room to improve it and make it just a smidge easier on the players. I love having the challenge, but also hate what seems like an impossibility to pass certain levels

By

Mixed feelings.

I’ve spent over $1,000 on this game. Which I have never done for another game ever. I did this because it used to be the only game I would play because it was a great game. Then they started making changes. Co-op mode used to be a fun way to try out new decks and see how far you could get. Now it’s dungeons instead which honestly is crap. I beat every level they had in under 3 days and then there’s no point to play anymore. They keep nerfing and un-nerfing cards so that on any random day you never know what is going to beat you. And the stand alone problem with this game is that it’s straight up impossible to do well without paying money at some point. In order to actually be able compete and win games and progress through the game you have to have legendary cards. And although you may get lucky and get some every now and then, you won’t get the ones you need to be successful. You’ll only get so many. Took me years just to get one legendary card instead of the game giving me the same 3 crappy ones you won’t use. I saw it said in a review before. Some gamer said that they’re 3 decks basically to wing with. And if you don’t have those cards you will let lose every time.

It’s fun until the pay gap

A great game until you hit around 2000 trophies. That’s where all the pay to win players are who are at the same rank but decked out with legendaries. The only way for you to get cards if you play free is watching ads which would be fine but out of three ads you watch two will bug out. It’ll freeze and won’t go back to the game, or crash and you won’t get your cards when you come back, or there isn’t even an X button at the end for you to click out and go back to the game and get your cards(if you close the game and come back, you still won’t get your cards). Every week there are different game modes, where you can build your deck around them and benefit from them. So the meta is always changing. I climbed 1400 trophies one week because of the mech-tech week, but once it ended the cards I used and built up and lvled up were now obsolete. One of the funnest things about the game was co-op mode. But as of the day I write this, they changed it where you can only do 2 games a day ( replenishes the keys you need to do them in 5 hours). It use to be unlimited. Now I’m forced to play against whales who are pay to win players. That was the final straw for me.

By

Solid game, terrible marketing

I got this game a while back and picked it up again recently and while I think the gameplay is interesting and enjoyable, I hate how annoying their ads are for their game and that they decided to work with Jake Paul, who has a long record of being a pretty terrible person. It’s seems like they aren’t following the usual mobile game strategy of attracting whales to make money, and instead attracting a broader audience through tactics used by scams to attract users who they try to get to watch as many ads as possible. This is a pretty common Formula for much less developed games where they come up with a decently interesting game that isn’t hard to put together, put a bunch of misleading ads up, then fill their own game with tons of ads to make some money. Usually more developed games don’t follow this strategy because the quality gameplay attracts users who want to play the game a lot. It feels like the whole idea is to try and force players to spend money so that they can get legendary cards, which are substantially superior but also very difficult to get, and having all other users just watch lots of ads to progress at a fairly typical pace, with anyone else being left to progress slowly through the game. Not a fan but I guess you have to make money somehow.

Great game absolutely ruined by RNG

While I understand that some random number generation is essential to keep a game from being predictable, the RNG in this game is absurd more than 2/3 of the time. Certain units require support, so the strongest builds require a mix of damage and support, but with 5 possible units to choose from it is unacceptable that you would draw only 2-3 of the cards in your deck 15-20 draws in a row, over multiple games.

Also, cone price mode is based almost entirely on matching you with players of a similar position rating, but it seems to entirely disregard how powerful the units are in your opponents deck relative to yours, how upgraded their hero is, or how high their critical strike value is. Sometimes it’s clear that a match is unwinnable from the start, sometimes it’s clear afterward that your opponents units were 4-5 levels above yours and fully upgraded. There is also no sliding scale for defeat: you always lose the same number of rating points no matter if your opponent is 500 point below you or significantly above you.

When it works, and matches are close and competitive it’s beautiful and entertaining. When the RNG and matchmaking has decided to hate you, all you can do is lose consistently until the RNG turns over in your favor. A very Jekyll and Hyde experience. 3/5

DON’T GIVE UP + (in depth review)

I have been playing this game since the beginning and it has been very fun. You may think that the game is too much luck based, and sometimes it is, but there is also a lot of strategy in making your decks. This game’s interface is similar to clash royale, but the gameplay is unique and satisfying. I have been playing for a couple months and am now happy with the legendaries that I have gotten. They update the game often and have been pushing out creative ideas with each update. I have been a free player from the start, and don’t feel like I have any disadvantage, I have only progressed slightly slower then people who get the battle pass, which shows that the game is balanced. Speaking of balanced, the developers also keep on balancing all the cards with each update. There are some cards that I believe should be balanced still, but for the most part they’ve done a good job. Just try the game and if your playing, don’t give up and this will soon become your favorite mobile game. You’ll thank me later

Match making

The game overall is fun and creative on how you can pair different cards up to counter off one another’s abilities but the match making is really bad. I don’t have the money to purchase everything to acquire gold ability cards but somehow I get matched up with them constantly. A purple grindstone is much different than a gold main card. So I do nothing but lose because of matchmaking. There needs to be a way to classify different cards and levels of ability so if I have a purple grindstone I get paired up against someone with a purple secondary card as such. I’m honestly better off downgrading my cards or to use bad cards to progress until I get a card leveled up so I have a chance against the people I get paired with. Developers have responded to others so hopefully they see this and do something to improve it bc at this point if all I’m ever going to do is lose then what’s the point of playing? Even if I had a chance to win it would be somewhat fun at the very least but I don’t have a chance against the people I’m paired against. Thank you for your time and hopefully I’ll see some changes because I do like the game and have played it for awhile now and would like to see a fair chance for myself and other players.

Update your game system!!!!!!!

Okay it’s understandable that you work your way to get stronger units by merging your characters but don’t make it obvious that the system just want to lower the merging ranks on units by spawning the tribunal boss every single boss battle in regular PVP because if you have a single diamond merge rank unit while playing the system will literally sabotage your whole game it will spawn so many OP bosses on your side and it will spawn way more enemies too and it’s not a good mix of having bosses that will lower your characters rank to a level 2 unit while fighting a boss that lowers your rank it’s so dumb and irritating and also this game is a P2W game plus when you but a season pass for 20$ you expect to be able to get more experience quickly and use the Hero Tavern too but no the creators of this game just want your money I literally put more than 150$ in to this game because I’m dumb but I have strong units but at the same time they are useless because people have a level 11 blade dancer or a fully level maxed out units and also y’all have to fix your PVP choosing because I only have 5000 trophies and I’m getting put against characters that have 7000 trophies and I have a barely a level one awaking blade dancer while their blade dancer is fully maxed out with 3 other fully maxed out characters and that’s literally no way fair in a PVP battle

Not worth the grind

This game would be FANTASTIC however, even with the VIP purchase it becomes almost impossible to move forward with our day and days of grinding out fragments, gems, and new characters. The game play is decent but they make the enemies progress a lot faster than the player. It get really frustrating playing the game level over and over with receive 1 card for 1 fragment when it requires over 200 to upgrade your cards. The game play is repetitive with very little to offer the players. Some fighting variants and a reconfigure of the entire upgrade system would make this game a lot better.

If you go to the shop, everything is INCREDIBLY expensive and offers very little reward. For 35$, it gives you MAYBE 5009 coins and a couple of card upgrades and a couple of fragments. Upgrades that I saw (and I’m sure it’s more the higher the level) was 2000$ coins for a single upgrade. Beating levels only give you a couple hundred coins and if you do a dungeon (is it more lucrative) but they are almost impossible to beat unless the RnG lines up PERFECT.

This is where the paywall comes in. I spent about a week with the purchase of VIP giving this game a fair shot. I hit a pay wall that made game become very not fun and repetitive playing and lose the same level over and over. Not recommended until they level out the upgrade system.

I am not a thief as your company is claiming I am

Hello I received a few messages from you guys saying that I basically stole from your company and now I owe your company money or you will banned my account. For one I would never steal. I have bought so many crystals from your company to play my game to basically being accused of being a stealer in a liar. There was an incident where I was charged 999 for a crystal package twice but only received it once I believe this was I can’t remember the actual date because once it’s taken out of my account, it happens like a few days after I buy it sometimes up to almost a week, so when I asked for the refund for the crystals I had picture proof I don’t know if I do anymore but I had actually sent to Apple to prove my side and that’s why I had gotten a refund. I tried to look for the message but doesn’t show what I wrote Apple anymore, besides that my refund was accepted because they do their own little investigations as well , I have probably bought hundreds of dollars in crystals from you guys maybe not so much I might be exaggerating but I Have spent a pretty penny on the game to now be accused of being a liar and a Stealer and I don’t like that. I have only asked for a refund once from Apple. I don’t remember if I contacted you guys to let you know of the mistake or not but as far as I know if I did I never heard from your company about this up until now. Then I try to contact your company and you can’t be contacted!!!
