The whole purpose of my swapping it from ETH to XRP was to take advantage of the price increase in XRP while it went up. You did not complete my swap until well over 24 hours AFTER I initiated it! By the time you completed the swap the price of XRP was WELL below the price from when I initiated the swap so I LOST MONEY!
