Very bad interface and outdated features

Features arent updated from a long time ago. You can see all appointments very clearly in a calendar view with 3-4 columns. The texting, emailing etc is also very difficult to use and scattered.

The marketing campaign templates are outdated and if there are just cellphone numbers you cant do any reactivation campaign as those are only done via email. Extremely old school and dentrix calendar sync issues all the time and extremely slow.

There is a problem with requested appointments. An error is displayed and no requested appointments are displayed. Dentrix tech support was contacted twice about this error. I was informed twice by the “foreign techs” that a senior technician will call me back. I have yet to be contacted by a senior technician to fix the issue. ?Is this what I am paying for??🤬
