Went in to set up employment under dollar general. My id, initials, passcode went in . Answered a couple of questions than got to preference page continued as is and sent to preference page same hit continued leaving as is. Cannot get beyond that it is stuck there. Can’t see schedule or anything else won’t move. Help help. Hard to find anyplace to get help from you all. Looks like a lot of people have had problems. No one at Dollar General can help.

I work for dollar general and I downloaded the legion app, I used it, but my phone crashed and now it won't let me use the app. It says I don't have an account.

I cannot get into my account. The invitation codes sent to e don't work, and when they do, the app won't accept my information. My boss told me to call for help, but for all the looking around I've done, I can't find a help site or number. . . . I was able to make an account for myself on my phone through the website, but the app won't accept the same information such as the email I used or my name. This doesn't do me any good anyway because I still can't connect with my work to see my schedule. I'm not even sure what to do anymore
