Companies in need of a scheduling app!? Do not use this one. It is an absolute headache for employees. Simple things like offering a shift to a specific coworker isn’t possible and the notifications are shaky at best (just to name a few things). And their automatically generated schedules are BS! You’re going to have to go in and spend hours manually fixing it anyways. Stick with Homebase, schedulefly or hotschedules. Honestly anything else. Of all the scheduling apps I’ve used, this one is the worst.
App will make your employees hate you. Every one can set a preferred shift and you will have gaps in schedule so be ready to fix schedule by yourself.
I have received messages from my leader and it seems the end part of the message got cut off and missing. The text box doesn’t appear properly and I can’t see the whole message. It’s been like this and I think the UX is not that functional. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I cannot get into my account. The invitation codes sent to e don't work, and when they do, the app won't accept my information. My boss told me to call for help, but for all the looking around I've done, I can't find a help site or number. . . . I was able to make an account for myself on my phone through the website, but the app won't accept the same information such as the email I used or my name. This doesn't do me any good anyway because I still can't connect with my work to see my schedule. I'm not even sure what to do anymore
