How to fix HEAT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HEAT app on iPhone
Update HEAT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HEAT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HEAT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HEAT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix HEAT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HEAT app issues:

Force Stop the HEAT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HEAT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HEAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HEAT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HEAT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HEAT.

Fix HEAT unable to contact server/ HEAT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HEAT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HEAT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HEAT on android.
