The new version isn’t updating the app everything is the same. Nothing different at all. I have tried wverything

Mi succede sempre che quando voglio creare una foto o uno stiker quando seleziono lo sfondo mi esce tutto bianco e ho lo stesso problema con testo e stiker. Se salvo la foto mi esce tutta nera. Come posso risolverlo?
