3 years agoI ordered and paid for an Avatoon of myself on 11/23/20. As of 12/3/20, the site says 90% completed. It has not come in yet. Who do I contact to learn the status of this order or I would like a refund. Yoshi 559-977-8956.

So you only get 2000 money to start and no gems which goes by so quickly and you can only make 2 characters before having to pay actual money! There aren’t nearly as many outfits as it says there is and most of them cost the fake money or are pro! There isn’t even that stripe shirt you see in the picture! I’m especially disappointed with the photo thing I scanned my face and something completely different showed up! I get it a lot of photo scanners really don’t work and I wouldn’t be so mad if the first picture is someone being scanned and something EXACTLY like them shows up. Clothes and all! If you are willing to pay and watch ads occasionally and devote hours to make one character, go ahead buy this app; it would be great for you but that was not my experience and I don’t think it would be for most people.

After creation won’t work with own photos
So you give them access to your own pics and they won’t load in photo booth for backgrounds only their pics. I thought the auto generated looked nothing like me and they try to pawn off a bunch of expensive custom avatar services. $60 which is supposedly $40 off? Sorry but I get characterized images drawn often and that’s more than double standard rate So lower your prices and fix your bugs. And turn off all the nag ware for another $50 subscription. Just offer inexpensive outfits that are customizable. I mean you don’t even offer a black shirt, a polo or even a normal hoodie. Nor socks.. if this is how everyone dresses near you glad I’m not there. While it’s cute and done fairly good job. Way too expensive with so many other better products out there in the same market space.

Just why!!!
I love Avatoon but here are my problem first of all we already have to pay premium for those us who want to unlock some things now you made and an update where we can make 8. Avatars for free witch I really liked but now with the fresh update I have to pay 0.99 cents to get more avatars . I love the update but how do we get diamonds, why do we need to 1.99 cent and Some of us are children such as myself and our parent wont pay for this I am sorry what next we need 4.99 To even download the app .I hope some changes are made and we have our 8 free avatars back thank you 😡😩🧐 but hey you guys won’t listen to our opinions anyways even tho you guys rely on us so that your game can be popular 😡😫
