I am not sure what all the previous complaints are for. It was easy to sign up and add card if you just followed directions. Go to the sign up first before trying to login. Enter your email and create an 8 digit password with 1 capital letter small letters and 1 number. Remember both the email and password is case sensitive. Then hit enter (If you can’t figure out how to minimize your keyboard and hit submit ). Fill out your profile then add your card by inputting all the numbers top and bottom and the 4 digit pin you created when you first got the card. This is different than the control number. Remember when logging back in use your email and new password (case sensitive on both). Yes the routing function is not yet working but it can move the map hit the magnifying glass and see all stores along my route. I talked to programmer and the route function will be in future releases. I love the new information and receipt. Thanks TSD.

One of the best programs I have ever enrolled in. Saved over $100 on my last trip. Could have saved more but missed a few good TA stops and had to use Loves. Loves, at least right now, doesn’t have nearly the discount of others.

No complaints thus far. Only feature I could suggest is offering a filter to remove companies from the map view. For me I knew I want to us TA on my trip and it would have been easier to use if the others were not displayed. Some areas have so many stations on the map you loose your own location in the map view!

I’m giving it a 4 star because it’s easy to operate and the accounting page is in real time. The accounting page identifies the true cost of the fill up to include breaking out the fees. The 159 mile radius took getting used to, but with a little effort I can duplicate the routing in the EFS app. But I’m still glad for that function in the EFS app. Maybe a future update this function can be included along with the 150 radius. What either isn’t working or the developer decided not to make fully functional is the directions. Selecting direction will bring up the Apple Map and the directions will start at the point you are at, but will not update as you move along. Not much use. Overall TSDOpenRoads is good. I have IOS 14.0.1

The overall look and the organization is great for me. I even like the instructions as I’m a seasonal traveler and sometimes need refreshing on how to use the card. I really miss the trip routing and highlighting on lowest price. Having the “best price” shown on the home page is great when using a predefined area. But being able to change my search radius would be nice.

We waited for this new TSD app, when I was fully satisfied with the previous EFS app. After finally being able to download it, it seems to work fine, but does not come even close to the previous app.
Like many things these days, it appeared they went with more graphic & visual changes, but in the process lost what the user actually needed. I have to ask myself “why” when it comes to this new iOS app. In this case, “Less is not more”
I will stay with the previous app as long as I can.

As a trucker I exclusively use TSD as my fuel card there’s a few things I would really like to see change with TSDOpenRoads . 1st could you please include the address again like you use too. If not my 2nd thing would to be change from Apple Maps to google maps.

First, doesn’t allow login via Touch ID as EFS does. On searching along Route, I was in Lubbock, Tx planning to get fuel in Santa Rosa, NM. TSDOpenRoads would not pull up any stations on Route bother than Clovis, NM. On arrival in Santa Rosa there are 3 participant fuel stops located there. You’re in the right track! I’ll continue trying to work with it.

TSDOpenRoads would be so much more useful if you could search for stations/prices between two points along a route. The predecessor app had this function. Please include in your next app update!

Once logged out and attempting to log back in blank white screen appears and app becomes non responsive. Tried delete and reinstall and changing password no luck. When TSDOpenRoads worked it was fine. Maybe it’s not compatible with iOS 15.4?

But TSDOpenRoads needs some help. My biggest problem is planning & finding further than 250 miles away. I’ve got 150 gallons of fuel and a range of 700 to 800 miles. We need some fuel search range flexibility.

Very limited functionality. This is a beta version at best. The look and feel is improved and updated over the old EFS app, but functionality has been stripped away.

Needs more development to make it useful.

The new TSD Open Road app is not yet ready for prime time. The EFSCardControl app is greatly superior too the TSD Open Road app. You cannot search along a route or change the search radius. I will continue to use the EFSCardControl app as long as I can.

I tried for days to get an invite. I finally get one today and I can’t get past registration because apparently my email address is, “...not in any of our email invitations yet.”

Really? The same email address where the invite was sent?

I would remove the part in green at the top explaining the different pricing and I would want to see where we can plan a route and know where we will be stopping along the way.

Allow us to set the radius
Allow us to add our points card for TA and other truck stops

Other than that I love the program. Great job :)

New app requires you to register your existing card, but doesn’t recognize info. Will continue to use previous app.

New app requires you to log in or register. It won’t let me register. After filling out the information and selecting “Register” nothing hapens!

Won’t accept my card and PIN number. If there’s some trick to entering the card number please let us know. According to TSDOpenRoads reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing this problem.

I want to search farther ahead. The radius makes your app pretty much worthless.

Downloaded app today. Can’t register or open app. Makes it hard to even provide feedback. Not a very auspicious beginning.

Called and emailed TDS numerous times and no results. CS never answered phone. Will update the review when issue is resolved. PS, doesn’t work on IPhone or iPad Pro .
