Worthless

First, I tried the free trial and I couldn’t get it to transfer anything. Two days before my free trial ended I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel the free trial so I contacted them to find out what I was supposed to do to cancel my free trial. I got no response so I locked my card and Apple Pay billed a different card that wasn’t authorized but I had used it once before and then took it off my Apple account. So not only did I have to pay $80 for the year long subscription for it I still have yet to be able to get it to wirelessly transfer anything. It hasn’t transferred anything for me and as the title to this says has been absolutely worthless to me. Find a different way or just kiss your files goodbye because it cost me $80 and I’m going to have to do that anyway. Save yourself the money because SmartSwitch is worthless.

After numerous attempt bothe wirelessly and with new Data cable determined that all SmartSwitch does is rob you of your purchase price. Completely useless. Would be fast to just hand type contacts from old phone to new.

The ui is not that good, it leads you to a second app that you have to pay for as well. It feels like a scam. Dont forget to cancel subscriptions

Not only did SmartSwitch not work, they charged 50 dollars to my PayPal without alerting me. I have contested this as I have only had the S20 for 3 days. SmartSwitch is deleted off both my iphone and my Samsung device.

I have been waiting on SmartSwitch to work, it doesn’t load the transfersble files it only loads their pending screen. I can’t transfer data if SmartSwitch can’t load it for transfer.

You can’t do anything unless you at least get a trial. Even then, you are lucky to connect to your receiving device. I messed with it for two hours and never sent a single file
