3 years agoWhy am I being charged 4.99??, the first three days were supposed to be free as it stated I deleted the app straight after I installed it as none of the server locations worked. I need the £4.99 to be refunded immediately please. The information on the app and subscription is very misleading

3 years agoHi, I didn't want to purchase the subscription but because my card details are saved with my Apple id, it purchased the subscription automatically. I immediately even cancelled it however, it says that the purchase has been made. I request you to please refund the amount to me as I immediately cancelled the subscription and I didn't use the service. Thank you.
