Cannot register
I see reviews from a year ago saying they could never register or confirm their eMail address. Clearly the app / toy developer hasn’t bothered to fix this because I can’t get the registration to work either. My daughter was excited to receive this but I can already tell the quality must be poor if the app doesn’t work and the company won’t take the time to fix it.

Doesn’t work
We’ve tried multiple time downloading this app. It usually just shows a white screen when we open it. Once we were able to type in our email but when we tapped the confirm button, nothing happened. My kids were so excited to use this, but haven’t been able to. Please fix the app!!!!!

Unable to use on Christmas morning
My son got the Bill Nye’s VR Science Kit for Christmas and the Abacus parent portal will not send me the verification email to get the app set up! This is so frustrating. I have an 8 year dying to play with it. And yes I’ve checked my spam and have requested a resend if the email several times
