Flipclock works fine with backgrounds and animations. But the widgets do not support this and the widgets get freeze after few hours. Please fix this because I mostly use the widgets of Flipclock

I love Flipclock! The only thing wrong with it is that you have to pay for most of it. Flipclock has so many cool features; but not everyone is willing to pay. There are fun backgrounds, colors, and sounds to help you sleep. The money is the only thing not making this five stars for me.

As a developer I understand this must bring in revenue, but the entire everything as a subscription model is insane to me. Given this is reasonable as a yearly price it still just seems like a subscription for a clock app is a bit much. I’d happily pay $10 for an app like this. It’s a fantastic app. Well designed, user friendly but I personally can’t justify paying a subscription for an app like this.

You can adjust some preferences for free , the dimmer , seconds
etc. . Tap the icon on your Home Screen > at the bottom , tap a feature , obviously anything with 🔒 lock icon is subscription only .
It could use a few more free options , though it does what it says … I wanted digital , military time on my iPad Home Screen and Today view and that's exactly what I have .

The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that it would be nice to have a dimmer function I like to run Flipclock as my clock but it is too bright and keeps me awake. I’m not sure how to get the seconds to disappear (not sure why I would need them in the first place) but I don’t like having them on the screen

It is a full-featured app, that doesn’t collect or sell your data, for free.
My only requested feature would be to center the date, instead of left-justifying it, maybe even centering it in the blank space above the time as well. Beyond that, it has every option.
Want extra credit, I would pay a buck or two to add weather, present and forecast.
Still, a five star app!

In Flipclock Store I go to the link for support and it’s a Chinese cartoon of chickens. Not helpful.
Where are the English directions?
