Apps Maintenance since November

I opened an account in November 2020 but a day after I opened my account, the app are showing a “Apps Maintenance” message so I gave a couple days but until now (1/6/21) I still getting the same message and I can't do anything on the apps. I message them a couple times but I'm not getting an answer from them. Thank goodness I only opened with $100 and I hold on setting up my paycheck direct deposit. Can you imagine if I do that? I will not be able to access my fund. All I want right now is close my account and get my $100 back.

After receiving money to my account, I did not even have time to invest and learned a BAN, for no reason, it was my last money and it is not known when my account will be unblocked and whether it will be unblocked at all. I am unhappy with this app. I will change my opinion and review when I gain access to my money. if this does not happen, I will be forced to contact the police.
Poor execution

Even after few months , most of functionality are broken... struggled using the app .. even the idea is good but last 2 months experience is very bad with low quality of service and app .. you can’t withdraw the money you want and end up in getting error for weeks
