Cleaner removed all business contact numbers with complete business profile information because there was not a person’s name attached to the profile. Valuable IDs, business relationships, codes and password profiles all GONE. At the install of the Clean Up, Cleaner asked to Clean Number with no contacts. I accessed the profiles they listed to ensure they lacked any associated information. The numbers displayed had no name. What it removed was active profiles or contacts Cleaner could not understand the absence of names. Cleaner is definitely not smart. APP destroys what it can’t understand. Advertises a service Cleaner is incapable of providing. Please learn from my mistake.

You can’t even use Cleaner or free trial without giving giving them your card information and it mentions nothing about that until you’ve wasted time downloading Cleaner . An app this simple should be free or in the very least be a little more transparent about the fact they require access to your card info to get the free trial. They know you’ll probably forget and therefore get money out of you. Scam.

Cleaner offers the option to combine contacts. When you do, it deletes the contact Name, Photo, Email, Home Address, Birthday, and Social Media Profile—literally everything except the phone number. I am trying to piece together what phone numbers go with what people now because Cleaner deleted EVERYTHING but the phone numbers.

Side note: it says it can delete “duplicate” photos. It can delete “similar” photos, but there is no option to find photos that are literally “duplicates”.

App could not process my photos, videos and contacts fully without crashing. I attempted three times and attempted to start the process of reviewing prior to it having scanned all of my photos, but each time it crashed during the process. Frustrating because I could see the potential.

Firstly, Cleaner gives you a series of videos or pictures to select which one you would like to delete. Its not like I can't do that in Cleaner photos you can literally select the photos you would like to delete.

Secondly, It just selected all my photos and now half of them are gone. This game is absolutely Terrible Don't purchase this game take it from me.

Initially bulked group pictures together and you could seamlessly select picture for it to be the size of the screen. Cleaner crashed on me and now operates two pictures at a time. Don’t need Cleaner as it’s just as efficient to do it from your own camera roll.

Also duplicate photos are not actually duplicate. The background is the same but the people and or poses are not. You could bulk delete in error if you don’t check pictures out. Which makes it important to be able yo view pictures. Which Cleaner does not allow full size viewing at this point.

Cleaner advertises itself as free it is not . there is a attempt to charge almost every single page if you don't charge or subscribe it appears you only get aSuperficial sort of creamy not very thorough was my impression. It seems to be a example of deceptive advertising in my opinion I wouldn't recommend it because of that

I tried this on the free trial to see if it was an app I wanted to subscribe to. No. Their pick for best photo among similar photos often picked photos with eyes closed, people looking away from the camera & overall bad pictures. I canceled my free trial and won’t be subscribing. It took me hours to cull through all the photo suggestions.

Found the photo this app, pushed unrelated photos taken on same day instead of duplicated photos.
Contacts this app, did not try it because I have many duplicates. Some have different parts of info like address, email, phone. Some have multiple email. Your app was not clear on or if it would consolidate the data for my review before deleting.
That’s when I deleted Cleaner , did not trust what was going to happen if I proceeded.

Really good app i love it but it should be free to delete as many apps as you please not only ten I’m trying to get a backup started and if I can only delete 10 photos that will never help and premium should be free sense Cleaner is free I know you guys are trying to make money but some people are like me and delete Cleaner if it continues to be like:hEy BuY tHiS iT iS sUrE tO mAkE yOuR aPp 10x MoRe UsEful 😎and sometimes it make is -10 time better so please don’t be like those other apps

It must be easier than going through individual pictures.

Good app. Works as expected.

It would be better if Cleaner would not restart the photo and video scan every time I opened it.
Also, the possibility to sort or filter videos by resolution would help find out which were excessively "big".

I want it to do contacts. Does not work. I’ve been trying 2 day- please unsubscribe.

I just wrote a review because Cleaner deleted pics that were definitely not similar in any way but THANK GOD I was able to retrieve them in my deleted pics. When I first looked I didn’t see them there but after a closer, in depth look, I found them. Whewwwww!

I was quite concerned about how I would keep all of my private videos, photos together. I've been granted this area to save images via Cleaner. It is very amazing how quickly huge videos can be minimised to lessen the demand on phone storage. There can be nothing else besides such a lovely this app app. Give 4 out of 5.

Can u add a deselect all button because i have a lot of photos and videos and it’s gonna be tiring deselecting all of them one by one. Also can u add a select multiple thing like u just hold on a photo/video for a few seconds and then drag the photos and videos you want to delete/deselect. Thanks

My first time using this product & so far so good need to make sure I don’t delete the wrong things. Apple advised me that I had used too much memory because of my photos. I’m not totally computer savvy. Thank you & we will see what happens.

App that has number of photos selected that are duplicates, or for pictures or whatever and check them off to delete and I push the delete button and nothing happens

Simply and easily removed frees up space
I would have never lived long enough to do so manually. And at such a low price for a lifetime, priceless!
