I’m just going to say this company really disappointed me I was hesitant on leaving this review because I really hoped it would work out but it unfortunately did not….they lecture you on communication but don’t communicate, they constantly need you last minute and when you are there to help it’s not appreciated at all, I would be a few minutes late to pick up and have to wait for food and get in trouble when delivery was late when it was not my fault.. they refuse to even tell me they no longer want me to do deliveries they just cut me off from offers which they’ve done multiple times with no notice or reason why… pretty lame and unprofessional I should’ve known when I was told I’d be paid $20 to leave a five star review… red flag right there… luckily there are other companies out there that are way more knowledgeable on how to keep drivers…good luck

This app malfunction so much you spend more time trying to log in than making money. I had a customers order and the app logged me out. It would t allow me to log in until 20 minutes later. Of course i wasn't paid for my time waisted. Dispatch only gives you 1 order per day if that. Its been times where I selected all orders for the next day and didn't get anything. Don’t waste your time and gas with this app. I currently just drove 30 minutes to pick up an order that was confirmed for me to deliver. when i reached the restaurant the order just got reassigned to someone else. Again time wasted. They tell you to order the red hot bag and you will get reimbursed. Thats also not true. They give you the runaround about the reimbursement. If dispatch responds at all.

I work for this company on April i went to delivery 2 orders they made me run like crazy
And then at the end of my delivery they told that I have to go back to the restaurant where I pick up the order and take a picture of the restaurant and then go back to the place I delivered the order and take a picture if I don’t go back I’m not getting paid, and I was almost an hour far away from the location and that guy didn't sound professional at all so I told him you know what keep that money cuz I think you need it more than me, so basically they stolen me $80 and he kept telling me you will paid no worries, they just make money from us
