Courial malfunction so much you spend more time trying to log in than making money. I had a customers order and Courial logged me out. It would t allow me to log in until 20 minutes later. Of course i wasn't paid for my time waisted. Dispatch only gives you 1 order per day if that. Its been times where I selected all orders for the next day and didn't get anything. Don’t waste your time and gas with Courial. I currently just drove 30 minutes to pick up an order that was confirmed for me to deliver. when i reached the restaurant the order just got reassigned to someone else. Again time wasted. They tell you to order the red hot bag and you will get reimbursed. Thats also not true. They give you the runaround about the reimbursement. If dispatch responds at all.

I’m just going to say this company really disappointed me I was hesitant on leaving this review because I really hoped it would work out but it unfortunately did not….they lecture you on communication but don’t communicate, they constantly need you last minute and when you are there to help it’s not appreciated at all, I would be a few minutes late to pick up and have to wait for food and get in trouble when delivery was late when it was not my fault.. they refuse to even tell me they no longer want me to do deliveries they just cut me off from offers which they’ve done multiple times with no notice or reason why… pretty lame and unprofessional I should’ve known when I was told I’d be paid $20 to leave a five star review… red flag right there… luckily there are other companies out there that are way more knowledgeable on how to keep drivers…good luck

I work for this company on April i went to delivery 2 orders they made me run like crazy
And then at the end of my delivery they told that I have to go back to the restaurant where I pick up the order and take a picture of the restaurant and then go back to the place I delivered the order and take a picture if I don’t go back I’m not getting paid, and I was almost an hour far away from the location and that guy didn't sound professional at all so I told him you know what keep that money cuz I think you need it more than me, so basically they stolen me $80 and he kept telling me you will paid no worries, they just make money from us

Courial has so many bugs that you must keep deleting it and reinstalling it!
1. The full address is never shown before you accept
2. The full order amount is never shown (DeliverThat shows this)
3. There is no breakdown of pay starting with total amount of order
4. You must accept every order through chat
In theory I like this idea as opposed to tapping the screen for orders
This fixes the problem of order grabbing bots
5. They use driver metrics which I am 100% against (DeliverThat doesn’t use driver metrics)
6. Sometimes they have an emergency list of orders that are not being picked up, but again they fail to show full address. Full address would make it faster for a driver to calculate if they could make it to an emergency order on time.

If any of these problems change I will report back those changes

At first, I didn’t know what to expect from using Courial. But as time went on, I realized that it is definitely worth it! The pay is higher than most delivery apps out there. Always looking for to picking up orders. Courial isn’t perfect and still needs some work with its performance speed but it makes up with its simplistic design and navigation system. Will definitely recommend it!

When quarantine first started, I decided to look for a side hustle to make a little more money in my free time. While trying to sign up for other delivery apps I often ran into long waitlists, and once I finally got through, I barely got any order notifications as a new driver! With this app, it is reassuring I didn’t run into any of these issues. It was easy to sign up and start delivering! I don’t have any skills I could charge people for (like being a barber, or handyman) but if I ever obtain any, I’d love to list these services on this app as well. I recommend Courial for everyone!

Ive been delivering with this company for a year or so and love it. The delivery descriptions make it easy to judge weather or not the job is something that will work for me, my car, my schedule etc. and the pay always feels worth it. The customers seem happy with the service and are friendly. The dispatch crew is always friendly and available along side a very user friendly interface. Unlike other companies I have worked with, this dispatch is easy to get ahold of, quickly assist, efficient and friendly. Nothing bad to say about this company

Wasn’t sure if these kind of apps work - I was a delivery driver and a specialized field and everything that was wrong with that and operation that turned me off to the business has been redeemed with the this app app, service, and personnel. Very respectful Dispatch and you can tell that the drivers are priority for some reason the pick up vendors and customers treat me very respectful, which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the service and thank you for what you do. Can’t wait to provide more great service thank you. BB

I found Courial by accident and I’m sure glad I did. I drive for a host of courier services and this app fit right in with my daily schedule. Not only is the pay awesome but the gigs are generally quick! It’s a great feeling to get paid to drive to where you are headed anyway! The chat support is always prompt and ready to assist you along the way. Thank you guys for the work, you really made my week! Keep up the good work and keep them coming 😊🙏🏼

If you are looking to make some extra cash fairly quickly this is a good place to do it. this app I sad a great company with an easy to use app! Mostly I’ve done food deliveries but customers can send whatever with a this app courier. The pay is generous and dispatch are always a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to all of my friends and family as well as anyone else looking to make a few extra dollars in the early part of the day. Just be on time and be polite and you will succeed. Easy peasy!

I've been delivering for a couple of weeks now in the Phoenix area. It's been great! No problems. They send out the VIP orders via text everyday. Simply text back the job number that interests you. There was a couple I didn't get, but I've got the majority of them. I assume they continue with you as long as you do a good job. Dispatch is quick to respond via text. Payment is instant after completed delivery. Just have plenty of hotbags in your vehicle because these are large corporate lunch orders for 20-30 people at least.

Great midday get to earn a quick buck monies paid instantly if you’d like IT and help test get back to you in record time which is needed while in the field I would recommend this company over must most delivery apps. You’ll never feel like you’re by yourself they answer by text or phone in extremely fast so you don’t feel like you’re left out there alone.

I’ve had a fantastic experience driving for this app. The orders come out the day before and signing up for them is seem less. The pay is great and you even get compensated for both restaurant delays and customer delays, unlike many other delivery apps. They also compensate you for cancelled orders and for purchases you make like delivery bags/carts etc. Overall great experience and would recommend this over other delivery platforms!

I’m always reluctant to try some of these apps, especially whenever I have to tie my checking acct info to them in order to get paid. With that said, after being offered by the folks at this app in becoming a VIP delivery driver for my area, I took on a route and after completing it, they came thru just fine with sending my payment. I look forward in working with these folks again in the very near future here within the Atlanta market.

Courial is simple, easy to understand and easy to manage, people will always complain about everything, if you wanna try then do it and get your own experience, i has been here for a while and like it, here in my area there is not too much jobs but is fine as extra cash for my home. Great support service too. 🙌

I've been working with this app delivering large catered office lunch orders for their client, Relish/ezCater, since December 2021. It's a great gig opportunity providing a generous rate of pay! And the dispatchers are so very kind, have high integrity, and interact with their drivers with respect and appreciation. The orders that I perform typically require just 1-2 hours of my time, generally between the hours of 10:00am to noon. Presently in the Atlanta market, that’s the primary type of food deliveries currently available, and those are specifically available to this app VIP partners on a first-come-first-serve basis. And priority is, understandably, given to those Partners (“Courials”) who have shown themselves to be the most reliable and punctual. For those that qualify for these deliveries, you’ll want to have 2-3 sturdy catering insulated bags, and will need to be able to lift up to 25-35 lbs. And a foldable rolling cart would also make your deliveries that much easier.

I added the this app Partner app to my gig work options several months ago and have now completed several orders in my home market of San Diego. This is a newer option in the gig economy space, but I like what I’m seeing so far. Jobs are clearly priced and are usually completed during the lunch hour. They are large corporate catering orders, like for office lunches. I was able to quickly familiarize myself with many of the area restaurants and offices. This streamlines the process even more. Generally, the jobs pay well, details are easy to manage, and tech and dispatch support are proactive and available. The company has recently streamlined the booking process even more. I definitely recommend this as a supplement to one’s gig economy earning options.

I've had a positive experience with this app's delivery service. They consistently have orders available in my area, although they tend to disappear quickly due to high demand. The pay is average, but it's definitely not bad. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage orders. Additionally, their support team is responsive and quick to address any issues.
Overall, this app provides a good and reliable service.

I don’t remember how I came across this app but I am so glad I did!!! The orders I get are catering orders and they are simply the best hands down. The pay for the orders is top notch. From start to finish, everything is great. The best thing about this app is their support team. I work many gigs and having a great support team is vital to being successful and at this app that’s what you get…outstanding support. Every chat, text, phone call and email, this support team goes above and beyond to make sure their drivers are taken care of. Would I recommend this app to anyone…yes and no. Yes because it’s just all around awesome. No because I don’t want to share 😂 JK. 10/10 I would for sure recommend.

So, get this, I decided to become a delivery guru for this app and let me tell you, it has been a total game-changer! I can work whenever I feel like it, make as much cash as I want, and let's not forget about the sweet pay and easy-to-use app.

Really a great app with loads of potential. It seems to be in the early stages of development and it’s still young and it’s life as a business but once businesses find out how quick and swift the deliveries are, I think the business will takeoff as with every app there’s always tweaks that needs to be made to fine tune the processes but overall it seems that it’s trajectory is on the right pace. There is limited availability in my area and I just signed up, but my first delivery on Courial was seamless, everything was straightforward. The food was ready when I arrived. I picked it up and took it to the customer. The only problem that I noticed that some of the more intricate details of the delivery was left out. I think this can be an easy fix between the companies that contract out the catering to this app. One of the deliveries didn’t have the floor number and other details, even though the customer said she had included all details. Overall I like the ease of use and it’s simplicity. I believe as the platform grows and adds more services, Courial itself will become more intricate as well.

Fantastic service for their customers and drivers! I’m very happy your this app platform gave me a 2nd chance to work as catering driver, because I was previously suspended. Even though I was late trying to get the restaurant to pickup a catering order due to bad traffic, this app still gave the opportunity to work again on their team. I really appreciate your team’s understanding and patience. I’m excited to continue giving excellent customer service and it is a good way to make some extra money! I highly recommend anyone who is honest and dedicated to work with this app!
