I tried to cancel my subscription and they want my credit card to charge me $1.00 to cancel. This does not seem right. They have ignored letters l sent requesting they stop sending me pills and l am not comfortable giving them my cc. I am almost 80 years old and can't read well, so perhaps l am no longer familiar with the way business is conducted. Any advice would be appreciated.
Stop sending me pills. I am not giving you my credit card to stop my subscription. If l must, l wlll start calling the better business bureau and l will let your customers know how difficult you makr this. I cannot see well enough to read all your fine print but l know l do not have to give you a creddit card to stop a subscription. I need written proof that you have unsubscribed me.
