How to fix Zeetok app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zeetok app on iPhone
Update Zeetok app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zeetok iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zeetok on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zeetok network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zeetok Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zeetok not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zeetok App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zeetok » click [Force Stop]

Update Zeetok to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zeetok App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zeetok » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zeetok.

Fix Zeetok unable to contact server/ Zeetok internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zeetok » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zeetok » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zeetok
