I’ve playing online video games for over 15 years, and DE are HANDS DOWN the most heartless, ungrateful gaming company I’ve ever seen. I have over 3000+ hours on this game on PC. And I’ve also spent 500+ dollars on micro transactions. I’ve never cursed at anyone nor cheated in my 1 and a half years of playing this game EVERY SINGLE DAY. Until one day, some idiot I was playing with ruined a 2 hour farm I was doing, so I called him a f’ing idiot. I woke up the next day with my account PERMANENTLY banned WITHOUT A WARNING! And when I reached out to them apologizing and BEGGING them to give me a second chance, since I’ve spent so much time and money on their game AND never disrespected anyone prior, I was met with this message “Your account is permanently banned and this ticket is now being closed”, and then immediately banned from contacting customer support. From the bottom of my heart, I wish the DE team nothing but the worst for how they treat their players. May God Almighty have the whole world treat you with the same disgusting heartlessness that you regularly treat your supporters with. P.S. You can look up MANY others who have been treated with same disgusting treatment by DE.

Any play with my review or reported to Google on Apple I downloaded the initial download from the store, took an hour I go to play it it says energizing, and it was stuck in the loop. It was appetizing for almost 35 minutes and it downloaded completely but it just kept on trying to load itself and it wouldn’t load and my tablet that I have is an apple tablet but it happens to be a $1300 tablet top-of-the-line and I have satellite Internet I run Diablo immortal on here. I run the lost arc on here bigger games than this so it’s not me it’s you. It does not belong on the tablet because it’s a dead game on PC trying to make money on the tablet, it’s garbage don’t waste your time And when you login as an Apple computer you login with your address of course but get this they want your password they want full control of your device. Well what do you want the Chinese own 61% of this company that means they have control and interest and you can’t trust them, they want to sell your information to a third-party. They’re breaking bylaws and the trade commission should hear about this. You’re on report buddy.

Rushed garbage, lacks basic mobile support features.

I expected this to be revolutionary in terms of mobile game adaptations, but it’s clear that the development team put in charge of this project is beyond incompetent. Unbelievably buggy movement, no ability to change display settings (which is absurd considering how demanding this game is, I’d expect to be able to tweak my devices performance outside of “low, medium, high” non sense.), terrible UI (putting the aim button on the left side? Unable to toggle it while moving? Unable to even change its location in the UI mapping??), locked at 30-60 fps, I’m constantly stuck in menus where it’s near impossible to “x” out (message board at some points not even able to), buggy chat boxes, the list goes on and on. This is the epitome of a rushed mobile adaptation that is negligent and just lazy. It’s clear their focus was never on mobile, just a lazy port that’s “meant” to be played on controller since they’ve already made that input. There was no effort to create an even decently functioning mobile control system. I’m hoping these things will get fixed, but judging by the lack of care apparent in the most basic of features, I doubt there’ll be much improvement.
