Feels clunky and a bit scammy

I opted for a 3 day trial to try this app and it was super clunky when using it on safari. It still basically required you to copy and paste the text, which is difficult on a website written in a different language.
Since it wasn’t what I expected, I cancelled the trial and removed the app/extension. They still charged me for a full year.
Bugged and annoying

I started my subscription, and when I tried to translate a website, it brought me to the subscription page again with bugged buttons. I am certain my subscription is active as I can see it in my settings. Please fix your app. This happened on iPhone.
Not working most of the time

I have tried this on pages from Yahoo!, CNN, and El Universal and it only works a small percentage of the time. I will click on the translate button and nothing happens. Unfortunately, I need something that works most of the time. I'll come back if they fix the bugs. Thanks!
